ParticipantThey don’t realize what is wrong with the show.
I really thought they did, because of all the criticism they’ve been receiving. Whether politely or impolitely pointed out, they have been confronted with the dislikes of the viewers. And so I thought, well okay at least they KNOW what is and isn’t liked. So if they are smart they will never let this become a full-fledged triangle. However, the way things stand at this moment it seems that that is indeed what lies ahead of us.

ParticipantPeople were irritated with the love triangle.
Yep, so what do we do? Create another one of course. It’s only logical lol. Granted we don’t know if the whole Marian coming back thing is gonna last an episode or for the rest of the season, but really any second they spend on it is gonna be a wasted one.
I find triangles to be a cheap and easy way to create drama in general. Who has ever watched a show with a triangle and went: ooh this is a really juicy story line, I want more of that!?

ParticipantNow I wish I had twitter (or Puck had twitter) to follow Hettie! We need our squishable friends to network with each other!
That’s right! Puck can still switch to twitter, I believe tumblr has an option to connect with twitter or something. I chose twitter, cause it was a bit easier for my purposes.
And yay! Hettie thanks all her followers. Her smile has gotten even bigger now. She’s a right cheery chubby squishable cutey. 😀

ParticipantHettie’s got her own twitter page: https://twitter.com/HettieHedgehog
And my vote goes to… the humpback, the dolphin or the moose! Or the crab who could pretend to be a lobster. 😀

ParticipantHettie looks far too happy to be a resident of Sad Town. Maybe it’s the pure joy of freedom after crossing the ocean for a week in a box.
Lol, that’s most likely it yeah. I should create a Happy Room in my Sad Villa for her, so she’ll feel more at home.

ParticipantLook who arrived at my doorstep today:
I’ve decided to go with Jo’s suggestion and name her Hettie. Hettie the hedgehog. I like that. Apparently she had good company on her way over here, because I found a tiny stowaway in the box named Nelson:

ParticipantAh that’s a way cute picture! I love that they are in the theater together. ^^
The Hedgehog looks like a Hettie to me.
Lol, that was actually the very first name that popped into my head when I was thinking about which name to give her. I showed a picture of hedgehog to my friend and she suggested Elsie, which is also cute. Apparently I’m happy with any name ending in -ie.
Friend Hedgehog belongs to Sad Twin Onyx and is actually en-route as we speak to places far far away! I took Friend Hedgehog out a trip before she went on her journey (it felt wrong to send her off without having a Canadian adventure first).
Yes! She’ll soon be a European, but of course she’ll always be a Canadian at heart. 😉

ParticipantI just watched Tallahassee. There was pain. It’s completely tainted now. Neal still managed to make me laugh, but the He Who Shall Not Be Named scenes in between… it was just dreadful and cringeworthy. And August, I’d forgotten how much that character irritated me. And Neal giving the money and the car and… and just sad sad sadness. 🙁

ParticipantNeal doesn’t waste time feeling sorry for himself about all the unfairness in life. People slam him about moving on to Tamara but to me that’s the healthiest outlook on life one can have. He didn’t think Emma would forgive him for leaving her. Instead of wallowing in pain, torturing himself for the rest of his days, Neal does what he always does- picks himself up off the ground and keeps moving forward, no matter how much it hurts.
So much YES to this. How on earth he ever got the strength to keep going after everything he’s been through is beyond me. Imagine a kid from the EF, landing in a land without magic, where things work quite differently, alone and having just surivived a century in Neverland. He figured out all by himself how this new world worked. He built himself a life. All on his own.
I obviously never liked that he moved on with Tamara of all people, but the moving on itself was indeed the right thing to do. Unlike others who shall remain nameless, he did not dwell on the coulda shoulda woulda of life. He dealt with his pain head on (or so I believe, because on Once the important stuff always happens off screen so of course I can’t be sure) and even if he didn’t right away, then eventually he certainly did. He’s most definitely not the drowning in self pity type and that’s kinda what I love about him.
