Sage of Earth
ParticipantI think it was Emma who mentioned about what is needed to pull Excalibur not Rumple. Now whether or not she is lieing about it is something we have to considered. All around I was surprised that Rumple was able to pull the sword out of the stone, since I assumed it was going to be Henry. It makes since he isn’t the dark one, and he has the best chance of receiving redemption now that he isn’t cursed. Besides seeing how dark Emma has become does gives an insight to how difficult it must have been to try to control the darkness.

ParticipantHello all! I am back again from several months inactivity. I agree that Camelot will be flashbacks of some kind. They could be a parallel universe (which would explain two kinds of Emma). If it is not a parallel universe, then maybe Merlin successfully directed the dark on magic elsewhere thus freeing Emma, but soon afterwards something went wrong (another villian? wonky seperation spell? seperation spell being only temporary?) and she became Dark Emma again. Or perhaps she became Dark Emma again because only she can fight the darkness and get rid of it for good so that never attaches itself to anyone ever again=savior?? (she has to be attached to the darkness in order to fight it?).
So in order to beat darkness, and bring balance she needs to become darkness. Okay it official people Emma has become Dark Vader of Once Upon a Time. Now in order for Heny to be Luke Skywalk he need to yell no when he learns Emma is the new dark one. Hmm I wonder if Regina is Leia. ..

ParticipantThere has been a time jump. The show will start off where it left off, everyone will go to Camelot, then everyone will return. The present day is in Storybrooke where Emma is dressed in the dark clothes, the flashbacks are the time they spent in Camelot. That makes complete sense. Also Rumpel went full on dark one right away. He murdered like five people.
Well to be fair those 5 people where going to send a 14 year old Bae to fight in the Ogres wars, because I know I will probably be doing the same thing if it were my kind. Besides I think there are three possible explanation for the two Emma:
a) It was already mentioned by Adam and Eddy that every dark one is different. Maybe Emma version of the Dark One Split herself in half, or has multiple personality disorder.
b) Like hjbau mentioned that it could be a time jump.
c) There are alot of flashbacks of predarkone Emma during the first half of season 5.
EIther way it should be interesting to watch/

ParticipantShe may not have been with them, but she does have an idea about how dangerous the Dark One is when he has no human host, considering Rumple had warned about it in the episode entitled Mother. If anything I think she is feeling surprised and with a mix of guilt, considering she knowing left Rumple knowing the dangerous of what could occur if darkness where to consume his heart.
I agree that she was feeling guilt, but not about leaving Rumple. Their conversation happened before everything in the AU so she had no clue (no one did) what happened to him after they returned.
Well it happened in Storybrooke, so there no reason why she wouldn’t remember that conversation.

ParticipantI think its also important to realize that Regina wasn’t with everyone else when the Darkness left Rumple and killed the Apprentice. She clearly knows its dangerous, but she doesn’t have all of the information everyone else in the scene has. So for her, there could have been another way and what Emma did WAS stupid and reckless.

ParticipantI like the third one. I realized that I nearly forgot about Season 1! But it kind of makes sense to connect the Emma that arrived in Storybrooke to the Emma she’s now turning into. And they used a scene with Emma in a white top and with her blonde curls which seems to be as much contrast as possible to the Dark Swan.
With the dark Swan story line, I wonder if that is related to the Swan Princess. As I seem to recall it was the dark Swan that prevented Swan Princess from receiving her happy ending.

ParticipantPersonally I think there might be some backstory between Mr. Gold and Merida, if she is shooting arrows at his shop.
Adam and Eddy admitted that the casting call for Rumple’s mother was a lie to hide Merida, but that doesn’t mean there can’t still be a connection between Rumple and Merida. They are both “Scottish”, after all.
I know that I am just saying it weird that she is shooting arrows at the pawn shop. Speaking of which I am still very disappointed that they lied to us. :C

ParticipantBut would any of that even be necessary? If one person has the dagger and Emma is in SB they could just command her to behave or something like “Emma I forbid you from trying to get this dagger.”
That is way too vague, since Emma doesn’t have to take the dagger in order to gain possession of it. I can see her directly or indirectly using someone to steal the dagger then hand it over to her willingly to give her the dagger willingly. In order to make that work you need to make multiple order related to any and possible plans or action that is related to any dagger thefts in order to have some success.

ParticipantThe focus will still be on Camelot and Dark Swan, not “BRAVE ALL THE THINGS”, as RG would describe it.
Yup that

Participantbut I won’t pay that much for two dolls unless its made of gold.
Hows about a solid gold Mr. Gold heeehhheeehhheeeeeee
But yeah, no, I thought they’d sell those things like for like 20 bucks in the Disney store. No idea they cost that much.
Disney does sell Disney Princess dolls for twenty dollars, and the reason I know this is because I purchased a few of them for my neice. You when I first heard about the doll I thought it was a great idea since the show already is watched by families and this is a great way to tap into that market and for the show to make a profit that is if the dolls were being sold for $129.0o. If I were to purchase any doll for that price I would not want any kid to play with it, which is why I suspect that these dolls were probably made more for collectors than kids.
