ParticipantEvery time I see Hook here on OUaT, I keep thinking of that chant from the 1992 movie, “Hook! Hook! Give us the Hook!”

ParticipantOMG! When I saw the name Chad Michael Collins, I at first thought they had cast Chad Michael Murray. You have no idea how glad I am that my first impression was so wrong! LOL!

ParticipantYou guys just reminded me of the unicorn from The Cabin in the Woods. LOL! 😆

ParticipantI’m pretty sure Emma’s glasses are a nod to the “hipster” versions of the Disney princesses
Iago? What are you doing there?

ParticipantI like this theory too just because it is such a fun idea.
Not my gumdrop buttons!

ParticipantI’m rewatching all of The X-Files as I usually do starting every October. I’m currently watching episode 2×21, “The Calusari”, about family plauged with misfortune beginning with the death of the youngest child. It was the spirit-turned-poltergueist twin brother of the oldest child. At time 26:43 of the episode, there is an exterior shot of the family’s house. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was the exact same location that is currently used for Regina’s house. I’m not too surprised since The X-Files was shot in the Vancover area for the first five seasons. 😀
The house is located on the north-east side of the 400 block of 5 Street, New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada. You can look it up on Google Maps. It is the house with the two large trees with the wine-colored leaves. I think the stucco and brick house next door was used for another episode of OUAT, but I can’t remember where. It isn’t the DA’s house, but I wouldn’t be shocked if that one was in the same neighborhood.

ParticipantOoh! The Lady Washington! She’s also starred in Star Trek: Generations and Pirates of the Carribean: Curse of the Black Pearl. 🙂

ParticipantI noticed something new in this scene the other day. I don’t recall anyone else mentioning it. In the lower left corner of the window is an inbox. It looks like it is holding an odd pair of spectacles. By the shape, it looks like it was made for a creature that doesn’t have ears on the side of it’s head like humans do. :geek:

ParticipantMe too. She has admitted that her role as Winifred in Hocus Pocus is her most favorite role that she has ever played, so I’m thinking she would be a better fit as the sea witch. At the same time, I want to see her go toe-to-toe with Cora. 😉

So, the brief scene between Archie and Regina seemed too random and brief to be in there pointlessly. Do you think the writers are setting them up to somehow be involved (if not romantically)?
Archie and Regina both have parents that dragged them into a life they didn’t want, so there is a certain understanding and sympathy to build on. And if Regina is trying to reform, I can’t think of anyone more suited to help.
I don’t think that Archie and Regina are going to be romantically involved, but they are on both ends of the spectrum when it comes to people who were raised by bad parents. Archie turned out to be someone who learned what not to do from the example he was given and focused on helping others; and Regina, on the other hand, turned into the monster of her childhood. I think the scene set up the possibility of Regina seeking help from Archie in later episodes. I hope she does change for the better because I love, love, LOVE redemption stories!
