Haha, lol oops. I have just done my history exam and keep getting dates mixed up. Yeah I did know it was ’37 lol, need to get exams off my brain. Funny how Adam just appeared, this is all really interesting! Hmm so we have the strange fact that Ferdinand grew in extreme popularity- I’m sure I’ve done a quiz where Ferdinand was the answer. Really want to see if I can find the sketch with Frederick on it…

And the film was released in 32, the year Ferdinand was assasinated. In actual fact I also read that on the original sketches done of the prince he was in fact named Frederick… It’s funny that to me he has always been Ferdinand and I certainly can’t remember ever being told that or reading it, it’s just always been there. Hmm.
Which raises another question, who on earth came up with Adam then? Because I thought he was always prince Adam- I think he’s called that in the stage show…?@AngieBelle wrote:

I’m not actually sure where I heard it but I’ve known it for years- out history teacher even referenced it at the time we did that part of the course. I must say I don’t think we have his signature in our autographs book so I can’t say anything on that front but I’m sure I’ve read much about it. It’s a common misconception of Cinderella fans that Cinderella is a better princess than Snow White because her prince actually had a name when it was in fact Cinderella’s prince which had no real name.
I had one where I was stuck inside the mechanics of a ride in a theme park. I was with Charming and Belle and we had to solve this problem to get out. I remember Belle was really mean to me, probably because I told him to not worry and that I would help him to find his wife. Then we escaped and hook was after us! Charming was really nice to me even though I was a clear waste of space.
In another one I had a very intelligent pet rat called Snow who was named after Ouat Snow. And she was pregnant and she had an allergic reaction to nuts and I had to be taught how to use a tiny little epi-pen.
This sprung from reading something about Ginny supposedly having been pregnant in 2011- never saw it anywhere else and obviously if that had been a true article then it’d have ended up being a story to keep quiet as on that case she would’ve lost said baby. I certainly hope it wasn’t a true story I read!!Actually it’s not well known but Snow White’s prince did have a name. He was called Prince Ferdinand. His name just wasn’t voiced in the film it was however on the script. He was named after the archduke of Austria, Franz Ferdinand. Who was assasinated and was in many ways Austria’s Prince
