ParticipantI agree with Matt but think that Ruby and Mulan will be sent back to forgotten character island so that the relationship doesn’t have to be explored in great detail, so in that regard I agree with RG.

ParticipantCame across this and thought it would be of interest.

The Batman prequel series Gotham has taken its share of liberties with the accepted mythology of the Dark Knight and his world. One major point of interest with fans is how the series is going to handle the ascension and evolution of the most popular and anticipated of Batman villains, The Joker.
The recent and sudden demise of the heir apparent to the mantle of the Clown Prince of Crime – during the episode “The Last Laugh” – caught a lot of fans off guard and was certainly a source for confusion. Now, hints that come out of the New York Comic Con 2015 seem to indicate that perhaps we haven’t seen the last of Jerome Valeska (Cameron Monaghan).
During the Gotham NYCC 2015 panel, writer and executive producer John Stephens had the following to say on the topic of the Joker and his legacy:
“If you watch the episodes closely, as they go forward this year you’ll start seeing the seeds of the way that story will continue to develop. And we probably have not seen the last of that fellow.”
Thoughts?

ParticipantOkay…I guess I will take this over what we saw in 5×03. Thank God for Lana Parrilla clarifying stuff!

Whilst that is encouraging, here’s the thing. Lana can’t tell what direction the story is going in, she’s an actor so she’s putting her interpretation on what she expects to happen, but she doesn’t write it. Also, what we’re being told isn’t what we’re being shown on screen. In 503, Regina told Zelena she was going to take her baby and raise it as her own implying that more or less the baby would see her as its mother. If Lana is having to explain and clarify what Regina’s intentions are, then the writing is poor because those intentions should be conveyed on screen, not needing the actress to explain off-screen.

ParticipantHave I missed something? What spoilers for 510? Are we talking about a certain sword having certain names on it?

ParticipantI’m starting to think that Arthur may not be the actual bad guy but Guinevere is. Perhaps she’s pulling a divide and conquer scheme. You’ve got her whispering in Arthur’s ear plus who knows what she’s been saying to Lancelot about Arthur. I think Arthur is a misdirection. I could be wrong but it’s just a feeling that I have.
Thoughts on sneak peek 2:
I thought Charming made some valid points yet Snow doesn’t even acknowledge them because she’s so convinced that SHE is right. Charming wants to come clean to Arthur (and we later see Arthur saying how the Storybrooke group lied to them) but once again Snow makes everything worse because she thinks SHE knows best. That sneak peek doesn’t make me think of awesome season 1 Snow, but self-centred Neverland Snow.

Someone found a continuity error with “Hook’s” cutlass.

ParticipantHook’s unwavering love for Emma provides a glimmer of hope in her struggle against the unrelenting voice of Rumplestiltskin.
Hook’s “love” for Emma certainly wasn’t “unwavering” last episode.
In a Camelot flashback, Guinevere senses that Arthur is losing his way, consumed by his obsession with making Excalibur whole, so she sets out with Lancelot on her own quest into the heart of darkness.
Perhaps this is what caused Lancelot to be cast out of Camelot if Arthur thought he had deliberately put Guinevere in danger and Guinevere didn’t deny it. Guinevere is starting to sound a lot more shady than Arthur.

ParticipantI think the reason Adam and Eddy won’t give OutlawQueen or even CaptainSwan a real true love kiss is because they don’t wanna step on any SwanQueen Toes….
I would actually support SwanQueen atthis point. We have seen, over the course of 4 seasons, Emma and Regina’s relationship transition from enemies to allies to friends. It wouldn’t be unthinkable that it could then progress to romance.
I know there is things working against SQ, the Snow connection, the statutory love interests, etc but if the choice was between having to watch CS and OQ or SQ, I’d choose SQ because at least there is a solid foundation there unlike the other two.
