I don’t think that is actually Rumple at all. It’s more likely the darkness taking Rumple’s form to coax Emma into giving in to her darkest desires. The black shirt is what does it. As far as I can recall, Rumple has never worn a black shirt.

Keeper of FelixNot related to anything but… I tried watching Snow White today for the first time.
It was unbearable. I literally could not even. Made it to like the first few minutes and just skipped through it in parts. Sheesh, that movie was so sugary sweet it ought to be fattening.
The Evil Queen was great though, obviously. And besides that the dancing dwarves scene was just great. But everything else. Yeah, no. Snow White and Rapunzel are now both tied for my least favorite princesses and least favorite Disney princess movies.
I told myself I would never watch that film but:
Snow White is so irritating in the Disney film, you actually root for the evil Queen to kill her. It’s Snow White’s voice that does it and the fact that she’s so ridiculously thick and naive. I can’t stand her. It’s like a kid deliberately trying to be cute, there’s nothing worse and it just irritates you.
I don’t mind Rapunzel. She’s not my favourite Disney princess but she’s not in the bottom three.

Does he though? We know Snape dislikes Harry because Harry looks so much like his father and is a constant reminder for Snape that Lily chose James over him and he told Hermione to put her hand down. We also know he tends to be more favourable towards the Slytherin students since he is head of their house.
However, we are seeing the story told from Harry’s point of view so there is an unfavourable bias towards Snape. We don’t see how Snape acts towards Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff students. Also there seems to be a rivalry between Slytherin and Gryffindor.
The thing is, if Snape was really as bad as Harry, Ron and Hermione made him out to be, why would Dumbledore have let him stay at the school so long? It could just be that whilst the other teachers praise students for trying and our friendly, Snape praises results.
I had a chemistry teacher 10 years ago who seemed a bit similar to Snape. He was very strict and no one dared to mess around in his class and you were always worried about getting something wrong but he was actually a damn good teacher that had control over the whole class even the annoying people that you wanted to punch in the face.
Just because Snape isn’t as friendly as Flitwick for example, doesn’t mean he isn’t a good teacher.

Keeper of FelixIn all honesty, I think he really could be hinting at this being answered. Why? Because I’m sure Hook will attempt to use true love’s kiss to break Emma’s curse. It won’t work, and that could be when we get an actual explanation as to why it never worked with Rumbelle, aside from Belle’s initial attempt. Though that initial attempt was interrupted by Rumple.
It could also be (though unlikely) that Hook isn’t actually Emma’s true love. Whilst it’s true that Emma and Hook did have chemistry throughout season 2, A&E seemed to be heading down the SF route until ABC wanted CS in which case A&E had to change course. It could also explain why Emma doesn’t seem that bothered by Neal’s death. Emma is renowned for running away from her emotions rather than dealing with them, Hook is a distraction so she doesn’t have to confront the pain of losing Neal. ABC get their CS, A&E get their show commissioned up to the point where they want to stop and they can bring their story back round to the SwanFire love story.

Keeper of FelixIt would be way too much to kill Red AND Granny. One is an unlikely possibility, both is overkill. The writers need to leave at least one of them to run the Diner.
