A decent episode overall. I’m glad GoldenQueen is more to do with manipulation than “romance”, it’s quite sleazy when you think about it. Also I’m half expecting a reveal that Rumple had it off with Cora’s grandmother at some point since A&E are having him plough his way through the Mills women in some form or another.
This season has been very good for Hook. He actually seems like a decent guy recently. It seems they’ve gone the Spuffy route with CS, Villain starts off obsessively fixating on the heroine in a sexual way and eventually redeems himself through her love.
Zelena’s snark is great and EQ continues to be a lot of fun.
Snowing have actually got a storyline that makes sense. So far this season is at least of season 2 quality with shades of season 1.
RumBelle are having issues about the same thing yet again for the 5th year in a row (6th if you count Belle leaving in Skin Deep). If they’re going to fall out at least let it be about something different.
I think they forget Henry is only supposed to be 13 and not closer to Jared’s age of 17. Henry’s storyline and behaviour this episode would seem realistic for a 17 year old, not a 13 year old.
Overall I’d give it an 8/10.

Keeper of FelixI dislike the implication that Belle and the baby need protecting from Rumple. He wouldn’t harm them and to imply that he would is a disservice to the RumBelle ship as it implies that Belle is afraid of Rumple and she’s never really been afraid of him.

Keeper of FelixDefinitely the best episode this season. This was almost season 1 quality.
There was so much to like this episode. The only bits I didn’t like were EQ and Rumple making out and the sapling was a bit of a plot device. Other than that a strong episode.

Keeper of FelixI don’t think Rumple plans to use the shears on Belle, rather he plans to use them on himself. The EQ assumed he planned to use them for Belle and he just didn’t correct her.
