Just had a crazy thought if Morpheus isn’t sandman. What if Morpheus is Dracula?
The whole old soul in a young body would fit with a vampire. The reading people and hiding own agenda would fit too.
The whole greek god of dreams bit might have come from tv line rather than the casting call itself because of the not the Morpheus from the matrix comment as if tv line were trying to clarify that the matrix wasn’t coming to Storybrooke.
Also Dracula was supposedly meant to be in the pilot but was cut.

Keeper of FelixClearly “Morpheus” is going to be played by a young actor. Question is, how young? You don’t think “Morpheus” is going to be the sand man do you? If he is, maybe one day we’ll get the bogey man?

Keeper of FelixI refuse to believe that Emma can’t go back to her season 1 self just because she’s with Hook now. If the story isn’t all about Hook, then it is attainable. They will at least try I’m sure.
There’s two things at play here.
1. Emma will never go back to her season 1 self because of how her walls have come down. She’s not alone, she’s surrounded by her family, she’s found a home etc etc. So in that respect, she will never be season 1 Emma again.
2. Personality wise is more difficult to call. Theoretically it’s possible that Emma can go back to her confident, take no nonsense self that she was in season 1, but is it likely? No. You’re right in that, if the story isn’t all about Hook, in which case Emma should spend the least amount of screen time as possible with Hook, then she may begin to resemble her season 1 personality. The issue is when Hook and Emma are on screen together because of how CS is written. The writers’ best bet would be to break Hook and Emma up temporarily, let them develop as characters separately (Have Hook spend time with Charming so there is still that link plus Hook and Charming are at their best when they are in scenes alone together), then once Emma and Hook have become more solid in their character foundation have them interact and build up from there.

Just noticed that there are little black bits floating around Hook’s heart. Why does the show not address this? Surely that would be more interesting to see Hook try and make up and redeem himself for his past mistakes instead of constantly seeing him fawn over Emma?

That depends on Naveen Andrews’ filming schedule for Sense8.

Doubtful, IMO. They have a pretty close relationship with Naveen.
Agreed. It would be stupid to recast Jafar especially as he was one of the most popular aspects of Wonderland. Saying that, they have seemingly broken up the Will and Anastasia ship by having Will on the main show and in a relationship with Belle, and that was one of the other popular aspects of Wonderland.
