Ursula is pretty iconic so I don’t think they wouldn’t include her. However, I do think Rumple and/or Regina come into play after the original deal. Perhaps Ariel was on the losing end of the 3 day deal so she became Ursula’s slave and as a result of that would be in the perfect position to retrieve the squid ink for Rumple in exchange for her freedom.

We know Regina had issues with a “certain mermaid” which is most likely Ariel, what if Rumple was helping Regina sort out Ariel and whilst he was there he got the squid ink? He would have had to have had it before the Cinderella situation.

Keeper of FelixI think Rumple is going to be a very loose cannon for the JR6. He believes Bae is dead so his goal is to get Henry back by any means necessary, he’s not going to let a little thing called morals and ethics stand in his way. Rumple believes he’s going to die so he’s got nothing to lose by going full-on Dark One.
Regina is going to be more reigned in than Rumple. She wants Henry back but there are certain boundaries she’s going to have to adhere by otherwise Henry will reject her. For example, she can’t kill Snow even if she has the perfect opportunity to do so.

Keeper of FelixGOAT have kind of served their purpose so they must be the favourites to be killed, perhaps Tamara as the actress has a regular gig on The Walking Dead. Maybe both, Rumple and Regina kill one each.

Keeper of FelixI think Regina’s favourite kill may be Greg or Tamara for one reason only, they kidnapped Henry. I don’t think Regina’s going to be that easily forgiving and the Evil Queen would kill someone who crossed her that badly such as taking her child.
Rumple would have more reason to kill Tamara (she killed Bae as far as he’s aware) and that could be the thing that shows the rest of the JR6 just how dangerous Rumple can be. It could also make Hook realise just how much he was playing with fire when he targeted Belle. Perhaps this is why Belle and Rumple manage to have their little reunion, the others have realised just how important Belle is on keeping Rumple on the side of good.

Keeper of FelixI think the title may refer to Snow. I think she was still a teenager when Regina killed Leopold and sent the huntsman after her. Having to adapt from living in luxury in the palace to surviving alone in the wild, Snow would have been a “lost girl”. This episode could cover Snow’s time before she met Red after the huntsman let her go.

What if PP was a long held dark family secret? Way back when, one of Snow’s ancestors had a little boy who disappeared with fairies, returned a while later to find his mother with a new baby boy (similar scenario as PP in Kensington gardens). The boy became bitter that he’d been so easily replaced (what if Tink had taken Peter the first time?)he returned to Neverland to remain forever with his new friend/family (Tink) only Peter had some plot to replace the next baby boy born in the family with himself like he had been replaced. Unfortunately the next few babies born were girls including Snow who then had Emma. The next baby boy born into Peter’s family was Henry. Peter would be Snow’s great great great great great great great great great great great great something maybe uncle?
