ParticipantI would say the letter is probably a B. If you look carefully at the bottom of the letter, the pen is still ongoing. if it were a P or R, F, whatever, the pen would have stopped.
I think there’s a G after the “Now”, could be the word “Going” so it would be “And Now Going”. Perhaps the first word is “Lake”. Perhaps “Went to the Lake And Now Going….”
Two of the bottom letters that are cut off look like a H and a T. Maybe the word “Heart” or two separate words, second one being “To”?

For what it is worth, I sent “Why did Bae say this world was not his first stop, but he went from FTL to 1890s London?” to Mr. Keck. Fingers crossed it makes its way to SDCC.
I’ve accepted that it was just an oversight with the writing. It just sucks that it annoys me to the point of taking me out of the scene in what is otherwise a fabulous part of the storyline. I feel that it wouldn’t bug me as much if K&H admitted, “Ooops, that shoulda been worded differently,” so I’ll be pretty happy if your question does get chosen.
Perhaps when Bae said “This World” he meant the modern world? The Victorian era could be considered a different world when compared with the world as it is today.

ParticipantJust a thought that occurred to me. Snow and Emma must have smelt terrible coming back from present day FTL. Not only did Snow and Emma not shower, but they didn’t have any toothbrushes or tooth paste to clean their teeth with. It wasn’t TLK that woke Charming from the sleeping curse, it was Snow’s bad breath!

ParticipantRumple in Mr. Gold clothing is an interesting thought. One I had not thought of but now can’t get out of my mind. Thanks!!
Rumple appeared briefly in Mr Gold’s clothing in Belle’s dream in The Crocodile. Mr Gold turning into Rumple could go either way. On the one hand, it would be more practical for Rumple to lose the limp in Neverland, on the other, didn’t Blue Fairy say something to Bae in The Return about Rumple being the dark one being specific to FTL?
If they did decide to make Rumple go Rumpley in Neverland, then the make up process might not take so long for RC since it would only be his face, neck and hands that would need to be made up. They wouldn’t need to worry about Rumple’s costume with the 20 minute boots since Rumple would be wearing Mr Gold’s suit.

Bae: Remember, son, road safety is very important.
Henry: Dad, I’m eleven, not five years old.
Bae: Alright. I’m just saying!
Bae: Another bit of important advice, never ever make any deals with my father.
Henry: I already did, it went well.
Bae: Hehehe, good joke, good joke, kid!
Emma: Wait. What?
Emma: You made a deal with my son?Rumple: Don’t get your knickers in a twist, Dearie.
Rumple: It was Henry’s idea.
Emma: What was the deal?
Rumple: None of your business.
Emma: Does Belle know that she’s now practically a grandma?
Rumple: Not yet. I thought that conversation would be better to have face to face.
Emma: Maybe I should call her, tell her the “good” news.
Rumple: Don’t you dare!
Emma: Tell me what the deal with Henry was or I’m phoning Belle right now.
Rumple: Fine, in exchange for putting in a good word for me so you wouldn’t punch me, Henry wanted to know how he could get a girl to like him.
Emma: And that was it?
Rumple: That was it. Promise you won’t call Belle?
Emma: I promise I won’t call Belle.
Emma: So what did you say to Henry?
Rumple: Not telling. All magic comes with a price!

ParticipantLast year they filmed episode 2 before episode 1. If they are doing the same this year, then their current filming may be more Jolly Roger Heroes centric than Storybrooke centric at the moment.

ParticipantPersonally, if there is a gay/lesbian couple on the show I’d prefer it to be
In a previous post I tossed around the idea of Henry being gay, and I think he’d actually be a good choice. He’s significant and powerful, we don’t know exactly to what extent yet because we haven’t seen why PP wants him, but the fact is, he’s special, strong, and one of the show’s heroes, (even if he annoys you, you’ve gotta admit that he’s vital to the story, and was a driving force in the curse breaking). If they showed someone like him coming to the realisation of being gay, he could be a great, positive, strong role model for other kids going through the same thing. He’s a hero fairytale prince. Hero fairytale princes aren’t typically gay. It’d turn the whole stereotype on its head and they could easily do it believably because Henry is still discovering who he is in life and has no pre-conceived story of who people expect him to end up with. I just dunno that they’d be planning to do anything with Henry in the sense of dating in the next season or two, and there’s no guarantee of how many seasons the show will run for, so if they plan to have a gay character in the near future, he’s probably not a realistic option. If he were a bit older, like 17ish, then maybe it’d be more likely?Henry has shown interest in in girls Gretel/Ava and Paige/Grace in season 1, but if Henry were to become gay, then there would be great potential for storytelling. You would get a potential clash of views between FTL (Snowing and Regina) and the modern world (Emma and Neal). I think RumBelle would sit on the fence, Belle would be for it “Love is love etc” whilst Rumple would be more unsure but then accept it.

ParticipantAlso since Regina is Snow’s step-mother, SwanQueen would mean that Regina is dating her step-granddaughter. Also, I get the feeling Regina tolerates the Charmings for Henry’s sake, that doesn’t mean she’d want them having a more active role in her life.
Rumple tried to kill Belles father, not to mention assaulted her in the hospital by kissing her when she had no idea who he was – nobody seems to mind Rumbelle. Plus the whole Lacey fiasco. They are seen as very cute.
I don’t class the Rumbelle kiss in the hospital as assault. Rumple wasn’t trying to take advantage of Belle and he was trying TLK to see if it would bring her memory back. TLK seems to be a general cure all in FTL so I don’t blame him for trying plus he backed off pretty quickly and apologised to Belle when it was clear it didn’t work.
It seems people are determining their entire sexual identities on a little actual information. We simply don’t know enough. Emma is completely based on one relationship that she had when she was 17 and that she ‘dated’ – that could mean anything, man or woman. Regina is based on one relationship she had when she was a girl, and her trysts with Graham. As you say Leopold is an unknown, and fair cop, although given the medieval type world they exist in, it’s well known how wives were expected to submit to their husbands. And how old is Regina? Three relationships in her whole life, and almost every interaction with a man has been disastrous. She might have better luck batting for the other team.
In BtVS, the character of Willow started out as straight before becoming a lesbian in Season 4. She was also a main character and had a relationship with two male characters before Tara. However there was foreshadowing for Willow becoming a lesbian.
With Regina, there has been no foreshadowing whatsoever. Regina’s relationship with Daniel didn’t end because it was “disastrous”, it ended because her mother killed him. It is highly likely had Daniel not been killed that he and Regina would be happily married by now with several kids. Regina’s relationship with Graham was going well (in Regina’s eyes) until Emma came to town. Regina was the dominant partner in that relationship and had the power. Regina’s marriage to Leopold was arranged so it wasn’t really a “relationship” in the way that Daniel and Graham kind of were.
If they were to introduce a same-sex couple into the show, it would need to be a natural thing and not something that screams “Hello! We’re the token gay couple”. Also the same-sex couple may start off as fringe characters but become more important to the story later on. Perhaps Gepetto and Archie could get something going since they have been life long companions. Cricketto anyone?
