If Tink is in SB and not NL then her story for the first bit of the season could be to cause problems for Belle. We still don’t know what Belle’s story is going to be, but they have to give her conflict. If Tink is under orders to blend into SB and make herself look like a normal FTL character then, now that the heroes are gone, she could really try to upset the town. Belle has to stop her, with Grumpy and Granny, and then probably eventually, Neal will be making his way back to SB.
What would Peter Pan benefit from having Tink disrupt Storybrooke? He already has Henry being delivered to him and the heroes are already on their way so it’s not like Storybrooke will distract them from their quest.
Is there any other character, besides Tink, that this casting call could be for?
Maybe Jasmine? Violet=flower and Jasmine=flower. Also if the curse gave people almost opposite personalities to their true selves then Jasmine becoming a party girl would be opposite her Arabian princess self and play into the we are both thing.
It probably is Tink though.

Keeper of FelixSometimes a character is adjusted to suit an actor if the actor gives a good audition that is well liked. For example, in Lost Charlie was meant to be an aging ex-rockstar, but the character was made younger so Dominic Monoghan could play him after giving a good audition. Similarly Sawyer wasn’t originally written as the Sawyer that we got, however Josh Holloway impressed in his audition so the character was changed to more suit him.
Perhaps the Felix guy gave such a good audition that they decided to make Felix older than sixteen?

Keeper of FelixWe know Blue Fairy is going to be in episode 3 which could add extra evidence that this casting call is for Tinkerbell. Also, fairies have a reputation for being pranksters.
It’s also possible that PP won’t appear until halfway through the Autumn run in order to build up his threat level.
Perhaps “Violet” would be an acquaintance of Belle’s from when she was Lacey?

Keeper of FelixI still think something drastic needs to happen to Moe to prompt Belle to consider reconciling with him. Trying to help Rumple and Bae reconcile doesn’t automatically mean Belle should reconcile with her own father. It’s two different situations.
Rumple made the mistake in letting Bae go and he was trying to fix it. He spent his whole life trying to find his son. Moe is not happy with the Rumbelle relationship and because he can’t accept that, a true reconciliation between himself and Belle is unlikely. At best, we might be shown the beginning of a reconciliation between Belle and Moe prompted by the drastic event but it will be very tentative.

Keeper of FelixThere are other characters in Storybrooke besides Archie and the Blue Fairy such as Belle, Granny, Grumpy and the dwarves. Just because two characters aren’t going to be featured in episode 1 doesn’t mean Storybrooke isn’t going to be featured at all. In fact I’m expecting them to check in to all three lands (Neverland, Storybrooke, Present-day FTL) within the first episode then start alternating between lands in the next few episodes.

Keeper of FelixThe only way I can see Belle and Maurice reuniting in one episode is if Maurice nearly dies, probably from a heart attack- he’s quite a large guy, and it makes Belle realise that she doesn’t want her father to die thinking she hates him. That would be quite within Belle’s character. Also the flashbacks for that episode could relate to Belle’s mother’s death.
