I think Rumple feels he has to be dark if he is to stand any chance of getting Belle back rather than actually wanting to be dark. He quickly picked up the fact that she liked him being dark and he answered her with the exact same words he used when she said “you really are as dark as people say” the first time in FTL.
I don’t think Belle will be upset with Rumple once she gets her memories back, I think she will be more upset with how she acted since she went over the line.

Keeper of FelixBelle doesn’t remember her true self, wouldn’t have let Keith touch her were she herself and is therefore unable to give consent. Keith remembers his true identity, he wanted to sleep with Belle in FTL and tried to broker that in a deal with Rumple. Keith was trying to take advantage of Belle, he may be more nicer about it than he was in FTL but the end result is the same, he wants to have a night with Belle.
Keith isn’t going to be telling anyone anything. He’s got no tongue and will probably be glad that he escaped with his life. Though if Charming did find Keith, I’d love to see him confront Rumple about it.
Charming: That guy that was hitting on Belle at the bar the other night, he’s in hospital. Something tells me it wasn’t an accident.
Rumple: And you’re here because…?
Charming: Because I think you’re the one who put him there.
Rumple: Did he actually say that it was me?

Keeper of FelixBy bringing out his dark side, Rumple is showing Belle “the man she fell in love with”. Rumple is following Charming’s advice though it’s probably not what Charming was expecting.

Keeper of FelixMy favourite moments were the FTL flashbacks. I wonder where Belle dropping the cup and chipping it fits in with the events of this episode.
I enjoyed how some of the Storybrooke dialogue echoed the FTL dialogue. Belle is still in Lacey and I think Rumple picked up on that so all hope is not lost.
I don’t blame Rumple for beating up Keith. Keith’s first interaction with Rumple in FTL was wanting to spend a night with Belle in exchange for info on Robin Hood. I think Rumple was actually disgusted with Keith’s terms. Now in Storybrooke, Belle is not herself and Keith is still sniffing around her. Rumple is only protecting the woman he loves.

Poor Hook. He spends so much time tied up, he’s going to end up developing a fetish for bondage.
CaptainSwan is starting to grow on me. I still don’t quite ship it, but there are elements which I think would be fun to explore. On the plus side, Emma will always have somewhere to hang her coats and jackets if she’s with Hook. It’s a benefit she wouldn’t get with Neal.
