I don’t believe Belle was locked up for more than 1-2 years. When Hook broke in to her cell, Belle was still defiant. If it had been any longer, she would have been more despondant.
Snow would have had to have taken the potion after Rumple lost Belle because he gave Snow Robin’s bow and Arrows when Snow went dark. Taking into account Snow’s pregnancy and taking back the kingdom, my guess is that Rumple was without Belle for a whole year before the curse was cast.

That wand has appeared several times over this season. I’m not sure if it can be the fairy godmother’s wand though because of timeline.
This episode takes place at the beginning of Belle’s and Rumple’s relationship.
Rumple gave Snow the potion because she wanted to forget Charming and gives his speech on how awful love is. This suggests it is after he threw Belle out.
In Price of Gold Rumple killed the fairy godmother and was then captured during Cinderella’s pregnancy.Either the wand isn’t Cinderella’s fairy godmother’s or Belle’s time with Rumple and her abduction by Regina happened about a year before the curse was cast.

Keeper of FelixI hope Belle calls Ruby out on her lying when she regains her memory. Belle knew that she saw magic and she just wanted Ruby to confirm it. Instead, Ruby lied and made Belle feel like she was crazy.
I would like to see more of Rumple and Charming.They have a grudging respect for each other and although they will never be BFFs, they do work together well when the need arises.
