You guys also have to acknowledge the lack of Tamara in that birthday scene. I don’t think it is a dream
Neil will eventually catch on to Tamara and what she is doing. By the middle of 2×19 or in 2×20 it wouldn’t surprise me if Rumple & Neil both figure out what she’s up to because I think that would set up for 2×21 & 2×22
Neal is still thinking he is marrying Tamara as of Episode 21 (the one I saw being filmed). He shouts to Rumple, “We’re getting married.” And Rumple replies, “Not if you’re still carrying a torch for Emma.” The reason we could hear it is because they were yelling!
I think Bae is confused over how he’s feeling. He thought he’d never see Emma again so he moved on with his life and then Emma returns. His subconcious mind is telling him one thing (that he still loves Emma) whilst his concious mind is telling him another (that he loves Tamara). Bae is someone who wants to do the right thing, he wouldn’t feel right about leaving Tamara just because Emma’s returned. I think that may be part of the reason why the writers have made Tamara such a shady character. If she was just a sweet girl who was Bae’s fiancee, then him just ditching her for Emma would make Bae look like a major douchebag. By making Tamara a lying, cheating, shady fiancee, they have given Bae a perfect excuse to leave her without going against his character.

ParticipantThe Blue Fairy muttered some magic words. “Bibbity Bobbity Boo” and the puppet girl became a real girl.
“Ha!” yelled Emma gleefully. “Disney spells do work!”

ParticipantFrom the promo photos and video, we know that the Charmingstiltskins are having what looks like a birthday party in Rumple’s shop. Belle, Regina and Tamara are absent from this scene. There is a shot of Rumple holding a magic wand over Henry in his shop and a photo of Snow, Charming, Emma and Bae looking shocked. I could be wrong but what ever Rumple does with the wand seems to shock the others.
Belle’s absence is the one thing that makes me think Rumple is not the dreamer. If he’s dreaming of a happy family occasion, why wouldn’t Belle be there? He wants her to get her memories back more than anything. Why wouldn’t he dream that he’d achieved that goal and Belle would be back by his side?

The lack of Tamara could be explained two ways
1) If it’s Bae’s dream then he’s clearly not in love with her to the point where his subconscious don’t bring her along for happy family fun time
2) If it’s Rumple, he hasn’t met her yet and possibly doesn’t know of her existence.
If it’s Rumple’s dream then Belle’s absence wouldn’t make sense.
I think it is Bae’s dream. I agree that Bae doesn’t truly love Tamara especially when he described her to Emma as “a friend”. He thinks he loves her but Emma’s reappearance in his life has made him question his feelings. Perhaps the real reason Bae brought Tamara to Storybrooke is because he wants to convince himself that he loves Tamara and not Emma.
If Bae had to do a word association exercise with Archie, I imagine he’d give some interesting answers. For example: Bae would probably associate pain with Rumple, hope with Henry and love with Emma then correct himself that he meant Tamara.

ParticipantThe only problem with Hook being Eric is where does Milah fit into this. Eric and Ariel are supposed to be true love. If Hook is Eric that would make Hook and Ariel true love. So why has Hook spent 300 years trying to avenge Milah’s death if he didn’t truly love her?
