In the promo, there was a shot of the sheriff saying “he goes by Robin Hood”, so it is very likely the Sheriff was looking for them. If that was the case Robin and Marian may wish to escape to another land with Marian’s mother and baby Tamara?
I think the sheriff/Keith is being set up to be a very nasty piece of work. He’s going to be sniffing around Lacey/Belle so I think there is going to a good reason as to why the audience should feel very uneasy about that besides the fact that Rumple is Belle’s true love.

Keeper of FelixI agree about the birthday scene being a dream sequence. However, if it is Rumple’s dream, why isn’t Belle there? You would think, if Rumple was having a dream about a big family occasion, that Belle would be part of it, what with her being his true love and all.
What if this dream isn’t Rumple’s but Bae’s? It would explain why Regina isn’t there (Bae doesn’t know about her being Henry’s adopted mother so why would she be there), it would explain why Belle isn’t there (Bae hasn’t met her yet), it could possibly explain why Tamara isn’t there (Bae still loves Emma, having Tamara there would just make it awkward) and it would explain why Rumple appears to be using magic so casually (Bae fears his father’s magic use may cause harm to Henry).

Keeper of FelixThe question to consider is why would anyone in their right mind try and steal magic from Rumple. He’s the dark one, it’s practically suicide. Robin may be a good thief but he’s not stupid. Desperate times call for desperate measures. So what could make Robin desperate enough to try and steal from Rumple?

Keeper of FelixIt’s interesting that they’ve cast a black Marian when Marian is normally depicted as white. The actress playing Marian also looks a little bit like Tamara’s actress. Also, in Tamara’s casting call, why were they so specific about Tamara being black? I know there’s the theory of Cinderella’s fairy godmother being Tamara’s mother going around so that could be the reason for the specificity.
I wonder what the magic is that Robin steals from Rumple. It’s obviously not magic in its pure form but must be contained in something. What if Robin, Marian and her mother are being persecuted by the sheriff so they plan to use magic to escape to a different land.
Maybe the sheriff is a racist jerk?

Keeper of FelixI think they’ve managed to avoid repeating names so far on this show. If the trend continues then we know Gold’s name won’t be David, George, Graham, Neal, James, Moe, Leroy, Killian etc

Keeper of FelixThere was a discussion a while back on what Gold’s first name could be. Either it’s going to be something really silly which is why he likes to be known as Mr Gold or perhaps something like Damien because its association with The Omen and Rumple being “The Dark One”.
