Isn’t there a line about how Blue Fairy only grants wishes to those whose hearts are true? Could be a call back to when Belle said that Rumple’s “heart is true” in The Outsider.

Perhaps when she was the Miller’s daughter, Cora asked the Blue Fairy for help to escape her life. However, the Blue Fairy refused to grant Cora’s wish because Cora’s heart wasn’t true. Then along comes Rumple. Eventually after making the deal with Rumple, Cora is in a position of power when she meets Eva. Despite being royal, Eva has had a wish granted by the Blue Fairy. Enraged by how unfair that is, Cora takes it upon herself to destroy the thing Eva loves most (Snow) and see to it that Regina becomes the queen.

And let’s not forget that they have a child together! If anything shows true love in a show like Once, this must be it. If a couple like Emma and Neal have a child, they are meant to be. It wouldn’t be right for couple that love each other and have a child not to be together.

I disagree. Snow and Charming come from a magic would which ran on true love, Emma grew up in a land without magic. The real world does not run on true love. In reality, many couples have a child together but then break up or get divorced. Just because there is a child in the equation doesn’t mean that a couple have to be together romantically.

If Emma and Bae do get together again, I would like it to be for a better reason than they have to be together because they have Henry. Personally I think it would be more refreshing if Bae and Emma did give a relationship another go but it doesn’t work out for them for various reasons and they break up amicably, remaining on good terms so they can both be a part of Henry’s life. I also think it would be a good message to send to kids watching the show that, just because your parents aren’t together anymore, it doesn’t mean that it’s the end of the world.

I think giving Emma a real world happy ending (She moves on with her life, perhaps meets and falls in love with someone else, is on good terms with Neal so Henry has two parents in his life who aren’t fighting), would be a nice contrast and parallel to the fairytale happy endings that Snow and Charming have.

I don’t want Emma ending up with Hook either.

There you go Jessie: Paradoxes of people. You missed out the number at the end of the image and you had a bracket in the wrong place.

And Rumpel dear, did you not say you never break a deal? Deal with Smee was that if he did not deliver, you’d turn the clock forward and turn him to dust. Why then did you turn him into a rat instead?

Technically Smee did deliver on the bean. Hook and Milah just got to him first. Rumple turned Smee into a rat because he “ratted” out Belle and Rumple to Hook.

Oh and I am curious, if Archie has Pongo, than who has Perdita? And when will she and Archie fall in love? Anyone join me for a 101-ship? 😆 Would make a lovely filler episode in season 3, maybe together with a spoof, where the characters all sit down on Archie’s couch to bemoan how Disney misrepresents them, ending with Perdita’s boss.

Where was Pongo before the curse or is he a true resident of Storybrooke? Archie seems to have taken the place of Roger as Pongo’s owner so another fairytale character may take the place of Anita as Perdita’s owner. Perhaps a couple (Roger and Anita) with their dalmation (Perdita) will recognise Pongo as the dog they lost before the curse?

I think Snow’s mom dies on her birthday hence why she doesn’t celebrate it.

    It’s not the Hook show.

I agree. People are entitled to their own opinions and wants etc but it does slightly annoy me how all of a sudden the show isn’t good enough for some people because it isn’t all about Hook. It’s an ensemble show not the Hook and company show. Hook is serving his current purpose well. He is likely to get more screentime when they get on to the Neverland story arc.

Belle is a main character but she isn’t in every episode. Sometimes she only gets a short scene like in Manhattan where she was knocked out by Regina. In The Queen of Hearts, her only scene was in flashback and she was knocked out by Hook. She is getting more screentime now because the story requires her to have more screentime. When the story requires Hook, he’ll have more screentime too.

It’s the question of quality over quantity. Would you prefer Hook to have less screentime but actually serve the story and have a purpose when onscreen or would you prefer him to be in every scene just for the sake of being there?

For Once Upon a Time episode 2.21, the role of Heidi is being cast. She’s 13, British, and also described as being compassionate, mischievous, and somewhat naive about how dangerous the world can be.

Could it possibly be Tinkerbell in human form?

13-She hung around Peter pan and the Lost Boys which suggests there is a childlike quality about her.
British-Peter and Tinkerbell flew to London to retrieve Wendy and her brothers and take them back home.
Compassionate- In the film Hook, it was Tinkerbell who took a baby Peter Pan to neverland. To get to neverland you need “Faith, trust and Pixie Dust”. Maybe Tinkerbell helped the lost boys get to neverland too? She also drank poison for Peter Pan to save him.
Mischievous- Tinkerbell really didn’t like Wendy and tricked the lost boys into shooting her by telling them Wendy was a bird.
Naive- Tinkerbell believed Hook and showed him the way to Peter Pan’s hideout when Hook told her he wanted to get Wendy out of neverland.

I’m hoping the pictures will return very soon. I get them from Daesgatling’s excellent Once Upon A Time: Abridged series. (Seriously check it out, it’s awesome and inspired this thread).

Unfortunately, there is a problem on the photos but Daesgatling posted this message on Wednesday 27th February 2013

I am aware that there is a problem with the Photobucket pictures, they will be dealt with later this week.

Hopefully the problem is sorted within the next week or so. I miss this thread too. I would like to say a big THANK YOU! to everyone who takes the time to read this thread. It’s so nice to hear feedback and know that I am involved in creating something that people enjoy reading. 😀

Red teases Rumple over his rather hairy portrayal in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, then the wolf scene starts. Rumple: “Oh look, Red. There’s you!”

It does sound similar to Wendy but why have Wendy without Peter Pan.

What if Heidi is just a character for Henry to have a crush on (he was kind of crushing on Ava/Gretel in True North). Perhaps she leads Henry astray and inadvertently into danger causing Rumple to have to save him. Thus Henry is Rumple’s undoing. Perhaps saving Henry causes Rumple to lose his powers and Rumple then spends next season trying to regain his powers.
