Smee would definitely be Hook’s ally.
Regina may be charmed into seeing things Hook’s way. She’s not always been on good terms with Rumple. Regina is in a vulnerable place right now. What if Hook flirts with her and gives her a bit of self confidence and makes her believe he has feelings for her before cruelly dumping her and pushing her further towards her mother.
Moe French- Would definitely like to see Rumple gone from Belle’s life. He knows Smee so would probably be happy to provide assistance to Hook.
Blue Fairy- Hook could convince her that getting rid of the Dark One would be for the greater good. She’s got magic whereas Hook hasn’t.
Cora- Has magic. Would probably being willing to help Hook if he in turn helps her with Regina.
