Going after Baelfire would be the most logical choice. Rumple would protect Belle and Belle would let him whereas Bae wouldn’t want anything to do with Rumple and would therefore be an easier target.
How many times has Rumple been to see Archie? There was once in the Return when Rumple just needed someone to talk to but he doesn’t appear to have been since. Archie hasn’t really got much information on Rumple besides the fact he has a son whereas he has a lot more information on Regina.

Charming: Yeah, he did, so what is it?

Red: It’s a shame Belle isn’t here, he could’ve cried on her if he needs it.
Rumple: Unfortunately Belle is sleeping off a hangover because somebody didn’t look after her properly last night.
Red: That wasn’t my fault. I wasn’t buying her drinks, you can’t blame me for that.

Perhaps they know about Belle’s association with Rumple. Hook was in Neverland yet when “rescuing” Belle, he knew she had lived with Rumple so he must have heard about that somewhere,
If the villagers thought Belle was there on Rumple’s behalf, they may try and get rid of her to save themselves.

Keeper of FelixI don’t think they will kill off Henry. It’s a family show and there could be potential for Henry as he grows up to get some really powerful storylines in future seasons. What they don’t want is a situation every season where it becomes Henry’s dead. No he’s not. Yes he is. No he’s not etc. You can only kill off and bring back a character so many times before the audience gets fed up and wants the character to die already and stay dead.
