Keeper of FelixI think people tend to view strength in physical form such as action scenes hence why Emma, Snow and Regina are seen as “strong” females. Belle has emotional strength rather than physical strength. After everything she has been through, she could easily be mistrusting of those around her, yet she’s not. She sees the good in people even if they don’t believe themselves to be good (Rumple). She is still caring and compassionate.

Keeper of FelixRegina is not going to apologize, at least not until Snow and the Charmings offer her an olive branch. The meal was an opportunity to so. Whilst Regina shouldn’t have gone and it was clear her being there wouldn’t have been welcome (especially as the dwarves were there as well), by offering, Regina would have seen that there was a chance to make amends.

Had me thinking about ruby slippers too. But someone’s said OZ won’t appear until next season (haven’t read anything about this myself though…) and it feels like that will be a long time to get to Neal’s backstory – assuming it’s related back to the object in the box…
But if he’s multiple characters, leaving a connection between Neal and OZ to be handled next season could work very well.

My daughter was Dorothy for Halloween a few years ago, and I got pair of Ruby Slippers for $8.99 at Target 😉
Anyway, Neal didn’t seem like he needed much convincing…when August asked him if he believed in magic, he didn’t say no.
If Neal is Bae (which I think he is)…he would already believe in magic and what ever was in the box had to have been something that he would’ve recognized from FTL.
Perhaps there is something magical about the shoes such as they glow or something?

Keeper of FelixSorry if it’s been mentioned before, but could the Ruby slippers from Oz been in August’s box?
They’ve hinted at Oz already in series 2. Jefferson said the shoes had been moved to another land. We know Dorothy is from Kansas and August had a Kansas licence plate on his motorcycle in season 1 so it’s possible that he went to Kansas and got them.
