I honestly don’t see why Rumpel would release all that magic knowing that it would give Regina a leg up. It makes no sense. I think he released it knowing that everyone would be able to use it except Regina.
I don’t think Rumpel cares whether or not Regina gets her magic back. He has his own agenda and Regina was just a means to an end.
I think it would be more interesting if Regina did get her magic back, it means she can play a lot dirtier when fighting with Emma over Henry. Before the magic had returned, Regina was defeated and had given up. However, the look on her face when she saw the purple smoke suggests that she knows what is happening and that Emma had better watch out because Regina is back with a vengeance.

ParticipantI don’t think Gold would send Belle to the convent. He blames the Blue fairy for him losing Baelfire so for him to then put the one other person he loves into her care just wouldn’t make any sense. Also, Belle is probably safer off with him where he can keep an eye on her. He lost her once already when he sent her away from him, so I don’t think he would risk making the same mistake twice.

ParticipantThanks for the link. I still get the feeling it is more a professional relationship than a sibling one. Jefferson would be a useful ally for Regina to have what with him being able to go between worlds. It wouldn’t be a stretch for Regina to ask him to call her by her fast name when they first met in order to seem more friendly than she is. My guess is Jefferson used to offer his services for hire and Regina was one of his clients. Maybe their first meeting went somewhere along the lines of:
Jefferson: You sent for me, your majesty.
Regina: Yes, I require someone in your line of work to do a little errand for me. You’ll be well rewarded of course and please, call me Regina. I wouldn’t want formalities to get in the way of what could be a good working partnership.
It just doesn’t seem like a sibling relationship.

ParticipantBelle’s hair in a land without magic. For someone who’s spent 28 years locked away, her hair doesn’t look too bad.

ParticipantHe referred to her as “the queen” in wonderland and was very quickly informed that the queen of hearts is the only queen and nobody else or something to that effect.
I don’t think him and Regina are siblings. Her speech of “you don’t leave family” or whatever the exact words she used would be highly hypocritical if he was her brother and she abondoned him. I think their relationship is purely a professional one.

I don’t know if i believe she is right. It is possible, but i think that for Regina, she was just so ruined by what happened with Daniel that it damaged her and made it difficult for her to ever love again. Though honestly i don’t believe that she is completely without hope. I mean if Rumpel can love someone again then Regina can, in my opinion.
I don’t think Regina will ever love again. Her relationship with Daniel was at its height when he was killed and I think that would be terribly difficult to overcome. It wasn’t like they were in love and the relationship was starting to go south. Daniel had just as Regina to marry him, they couldn’t be more in love, they had their whole future ahead of them then it was snatched away by Cora and to an extent Snow White.
Regina can’t move on from Daniel. If she did, she would feel guilty that she was betraying Daniel by having feelings for someone else. At the same time, nobody would ever live up to Daniel.
I can sort of understand why Regina hates Snow so much. Yes Snow was a child and wasn’t aware of the consequences of her actions but she was the cause of Regina’s misery. It was because Snow told Cora, that Daniel got killed. If Snow hadn’t then Daniel would probably be alive. From Regina’s point of view, she couldn’t openly grieve for Daniel’s death. To then have Snow, the very person who practically set Daniel’s death in motion, talk about how happy she was that Regina, her father and herself were going to be a family, Can you blame Regina for resenting Snow? That resentment would have bubbled and festered away in Regina for years until it eventually spilled over.
It wasn’t Snow’s fault that Regina lied to her and told her Daniel had just left, but it was her ignorance about the consequences of her actions in telling Cora that set Regina on the path of revenge.

I’m calling that Mr. Gold and Baelfire go by the same first name in our world. 😉
I have a feeling that Mr Gold’s first name is going to be Arthur. I don’t know why. Perhaps Baelfire could be called Artie.
I call that Baelfire’s going to be dead but they won’t reveal that until towards the end of the entire series as a final kick in the teeth to Rumpel. However so the series doesn’t end on too much of a downer, it will be revealed that Bae had lived a good life, got married, had kids and grandkids and died an old man in his sleep.

ParticipantI don’t think Rumpel had any companions before Belle which was why he wanted her in the first place because he was lonely. Belle pretty much called him out on it during the episode and Rumpel didn’t deny it.
Regina told him he should find a new girl because she knew how much Belle meant to him and she was just rubbing salt into his wound. The fact that Rumpel wasn’t interested in doing a deal told Regina that Rumpel was out of sorts and she just put two and two together.

ParticipantI had a dream where Mr Gold was playing pranks on everyone so they stuck him in one of those large chest freezers with a see through lid (whilst it was packed with boxes of frozen food) and he promised to be good if they let him out.
