ParticipantThat gravestone seems very pronounced. From what I can read it says:
Berryl Dendrus
Born June (28th/25th 1487?)
Died (January 2nd/28th 1???)It could be nothing but it does seem to pull focus.

ParticipantEmma being in an asylum would be another idea stolen from Buffy. From the episode where Buffy gets stung/bit by some kind of monster, she is then caught between two “realities” one where she is in Sunnydale and the slayer and one where she is in a mental institution and Sunnydale was all a delusion. Buffy then had to decide which was real. It was an interesting episode and did throw up the idea that Buffy was in fact a mental patient and the events of the series were all in her head.

ParticipantLet me guess…Robin is taken to replace Hook ;(
This would be wrong on so many levels and would be extremely selfish of Emma to let it happen. She would deprive two children of their father just so that she could get her pirate back. If Robin dies because of Emma’s decision to go to the underworld to retrieve Hook then his death should be on Emma’s conscience forever.

ParticipantThe consequences may be that because they are sharing a heart that neither Emma or Hook can leave the Underworld. Then they have to find another way for Hook to leave and that can only happen by someone staying behind.
That’s pretty selfish of Emma and Hook if they do that plus why would Robin agree to leave his two kids fatherless, Roland especially would officially be an orphan. If they take this rote then the Emma Swan we knew and loved is officially dead.
Though I still think it is likely the funeral scene is for Robin, A&E did say at some point (was it at a convention?does anyone else remember?) that we will see the consequences of Snowing sharing a heart. Perhaps one of them will go. Or perhaps I am too trusting of the writers to stick to their word.
I would absolutely hate it if it turns out to be Robin that dies. Killing yet another of Regina’s loves just makes no sense and goes against the way her character has become a symbol of hope and redemption.
No, no, no. I veto Robin dying.
I do agree, though, that if Robin does die, Regina will probably turn out to be pregnant. But I say again. I do not want him dying. Both for narrative purposes and because I’m so sick of seeing Regina suffering.
I hope Regina’s not pregnant. I don’t want the writers to take the route that a baby makes everything better. Plus Regina is a character that shows that adoptive parents are just as valid as blood related parents.

ParticipantSeason 6 might be the last season of the show. Lost only ran for 6 seasons plus A&E have other shows they probably want to focus on like the Friday the 13th tv show.
I’d be quite annoyed if they killed off Robin and left him dead. Granted he’s not the most dynamic of characters but he has two young children, to permanently kill him after the “heroes” spending the half season rescuing Hook, who’s a lot less deserving, from death is an absolute kick in the teeth. It firmly puts Hook in “creator’s pet” territory. Considering he’s such a divisive character as it is, to do that wold only make him more unlikeable.
They can’t even take the old Buffy route of magic death vs mortal death aka Buffy could be brought back because she was killed by magic and thus it was an “unnatural” death whereas Tara couldn’t because she was shot and there fore it was a “natural” death.
Neal was killed by magic and wasn’t brought back whereas Hook was stabbed through the chest and was brought back. Whichever route they went, Neal’s and Hook’s manner of death would contradict it.
I hope they don’t try and make Regina go all Dark Willow.

ParticipantBailee’s grown up so much, it’s kind of weird when you think of her as the same young Snow from the Stable boy.

ParticipantHunchback of Notre Dame is quite adult for a Disney movie. Plus Esmeralda would provide a POC character. However it’s quite churchy (the clue is in the title) so I don’t know if they would do it in that respect.

ParticipantThis was a good episode. Definitely the best of season 5 so far. Because I did like it quite a bit, I’ll just post my highlights and the minor dislikes.
Highlights:
Henry Sr’s story- It was nicely concluded. The emotionality of his interactions with current day Regina and Henry Jr is the kind of thing that has been missing from this show for so long. This was Once getting back to its roots and it was great.
Neal’s appearance- Although it would’ve been nicer if Neal could’ve actually interacted with Henry and Rumple, I did like what we got of him. This scene alone proves that why Neal and Emma were the better couple because their interactions just felt natural, it wasn’t forced, it wasn’t melodramatic, it’s just normal.
Lack of Hook- It was quite refreshing to have an episode where Hook wasn’t in every scene. With each passing season, Hook has began dominating scenes more and more to the point where he’s unlikeable because he’s always there even when he doesn’t need to be. He will always stick the boot in then whistle innocently when it backfires on him and the other characters never call him out on it. For an episode to have no Hook at all apart from one short non-speaking scene is fantastic. Also the fact that Hook seems to be suffering kind of suggests that that’s happening for more reasons than just being a dark one which leads me to one of my dislikes.
Dislike:
Emma’s threats towards Rumple- It annoys me how Emma is still on the “I’ll tell Belle unless you do what I say” bandwagon. It’s disrespectful towards Belle as Emma is essentially using her as leverage against Rumple instead of treating Belle as an actual person with feelings. Season 1/2 Emma would never have treated Belle so poorly. Also, if the only reason Hook is suffering is because he died the dark one, did it never occur to Emma that perhaps Rumple actually went through what Hook is suffering now when he sacrificed himself at the end of 3A and that it maybe changed Rumple for the worse hence his actions from the end of 3B onwards? If Hook dying as a dark one is NOT the reason that he’s suffering now, then shouldn’t Emma be asking herself what has he done that has lead him to suffer this suffering?
Hades CGI hair- It just doesn’t look right and I hope that, now they’ve got the “this is Hades” moment out the way, they never use it again.
The Blind witch- I find her voice quite grating. I hope she has minimal speaking lines in future episodes.
Overall, Id give this episode about an 8 or 9/10. It wasn’t perfect but it was certainly better than any episode out of 5A.

ParticipantAwesome parody. I would definitely watch that.
On a side note if anyone’s interested, CS are losing their march madness poll as is OQ. RumBelle and SQ will make it to round 2. However, we will most likely lose RumBelle in round 2 as they are up against Destiel who have won the whole thing in the last few consecutive years (actually since it began I think)

ParticipantFor the time being, Emma and the gang are solely focused on finding Hook (Colin O’Donoghue), who sacrificed himself in the fall finale to rid the world of the Darkness only to have Rumplestiltskin (Robert Carlyle) once again become the Dark One. “There’s a deep resentment, obviously, because [Gold] took away what Hook’s sacrifice was meant to mean,” Morrison says. “It’s doubled her fury toward him, in a sense that he’s now betrayed them all, betrayed Killian. It’s the ultimate betrayal of this family, basically. There is a deep, deep fury there.” Still, “She needs to get to Hook,” Morrison adds. “She understands the power of the Dark One. She’s going to use him to get what she wants, because she knows how to use that power now.”
I dislike how they’ve made Emma all about Hook now. She knows that there has been century long animosity between Rumple and Hook. I don’t see how what Rumple did is a betrayal of “the family”. The only reason everyone is in the underworld now is because EMMA decided to retrieve Hook.
It annoys me how the characters treat Hook as the greatest thing since sliced bread yet we are shown just how nasty and manipulative he can be on screen. What they’re telling us does not match with what they are showing us.
