ParticipantShamy is great. Shamy gives hope to those who aren’t Pennys or Bernadettes, to people who aren’t Leonards or Howards.
Shamy gives hope that no matter how socially awkward you are, you can still find love.
Long live Shamy!

ParticipantI’d like to see RumBelle together where one is not lying to the other, they’re not fighting, and they’re not breaking up. I’d like to see RumBelle just be happy together for more than 1.5 seconds.
I’d like to see CS break up because of the hurtful things Hook said and did as the DO. Then throughout the rest of the season/season 6, Hook and Emma can begin to rebuild their relationship and become friends. The series should end leaving it up to fans’ preferences as to whether or not Hook and Emma remain friends or whether they get back together romantically.
I’d like to see Belle have decent screentime but I won’t hold my breath. (If Emilie’s pregnancy is the reason why she’s not been given scenes the she could sue A&E for discrimination. What adds salt to the wound though is that Ginny is pregnant as well yet she’s still working).

ParticipantThere is no chance in hell that Rumple would willingly sacrifice himself for Hook. Though considering how selfish the “heroes” are, it wouldn’t surprise me if they did screw Rumple over because who cares so long as THEY get what they want. They’ll leave Belle heartbroken that her true love did not return but so long as Emma is happy and Hook is alive, why on earth should they care about Belle?

ParticipantScrewball Ninja came up with a better idea for the finale which makes much more sense than the show did.
wish the “Fury comes for someone to pay the price for saving Robin’s life” plot was held off until the finale– that way the Fury could snatch Henry and drag him to the Underworld as its price in the last five minutes.
Then Snowing, Emma, Rumple, Regina AND Robin would have legitimate reasons to want to go to the Underworld– Emma to save Henry AND Hook, Rumple to sneakily save Baelfire (his secret plan– you heard it here first!), and Snowing and Regina and Robin to save Henry. Robin would have to go instead of staying home with his two small children because he “caused” the Fury to come in the first place.
Screwball also has a theory on why Rumple has become the dark one again.
Spoilers for 5×11! Yeah, Rumple went super dark and no, that’s not a good thing. However, let’s look at what Rumple knew when he decided to hoover up all the darkness:
1.Rumple’s blood can open a portal to the Underworld whenever he wants2.Excalibur “chose” him so he can wield its power
3.Emma’s plan is to concentrate all the darkness in one place
4.If Rumple sucks up all the darkness he’ll be Super-Saien Dark OneSo the question is: Why would Rumple want a ton of magical power now? Why is Rumple cool with going to the Underworld now that he’s the Supersized Dark One when he hated the idea of it when he was mortal? Who is in the Underworld now that he might possibly want to see AND RESCUE?
Ding! Ding! Ding!Rumple manipulated everyone for 300 years and aided a Dark Curse where everyone was miserable for 28 years for the chance to find his son. Of course he’s going to go super dark for the chance to rescue Baelfire from death!
Here’s Rumple’s master plan in full:
1.Hoover up all darkness, become Super Dark One– check2.Open portal to Underworld– check
3.Find Baelfire
4.Conk Robin Hood or something on the head and leave him behind for the Underworld’s “take a soul leave a soul” program
5.Blast everyone with his powers, take Baelfire and go home
6.Explain everything to Belle, bang some more
My bet is Our Heroes will foil this plan but by God, that’s what I would try if I were Rumple. Rumple right now is in villain mode to rescue his son– just like he was in S1 and 2. That’s not character assassination, that’s continuity. At least, that’s my guess!
Chances are such a logical idea won’t come true.

ParticipantWouldn’t Hook wake up in his coffin in Storybrooke if Emma did that? Yet another thing copied from Buffy.
They won’t get rid of Colin so Hook keeps his body.
They’ve absolutely butchered Emma’s character beyond recognition. In fact they’ve butchered all the main characters. Wouldn’t it be funny if when contracts come up for renewal, everyone turns around and says no?

ParticipantSo Henry’s excuse on why she should go to the Underworld was because he caught a bus all by himself when he was 10? That is the crappiest excuse ever.
Also Snow is willing to potentially abandon her new born son because Emma used to be anti-love and now she’s not? That’s a lame reason. The writers just aren’t trying anymore.

ParticipantPerhaps Dorothy will be part of the LGBT storyline with Mulan? Although that could be somewhat eyebrow raising for several reasons. 1. Dorothy is a derogatory nickname for a gay man. 2. Judy Garland who played Dorothy in the 1939 movie became a gay icon. 3. The gay pride logo is a rainbow and Dorothy is “over the rainbow”.
It would seem a bit too on the nose but then again subtlety is not A&E’s strong point.

ParticipantI recall that as well. They should’ve just thrown in a line about how RumBelle had moved or that was Belle’s place or something instead of just trying to pretend it’s the same house when clearly it’s not the same house.

ParticipantYou would also think, considering the fates of Emma’s romantic partners, Emma would steer clear of romance in order to save lives.
I don’t thin Rumple being DO would affect the baby, or at least it shouldn’t do, but then again we had the plot about darkness being taken from one baby and put into another so who knows.
Question: If they are writing in EdR’s pregnancy, are they writing in Ginny’s too?

Participant<And Keb, thanks for reminding me about Robin’s other 5yo kid. I forgot about him.
Don’t worry, Robin’s forgotten about him too!
