I agree it’s poorly worded. It just seems a bit weird for Robin to use “our” to refer to him and Regina then use the same word to refer to him and Zelena in the same sentence.

Robin really does not want Zelena in his daughter’s life, and it seems like Regina is actually the one who has pushed the point about Zelena being the mother. Robin is very begrudging when he says that line so I honestly don’t put it past him to consider the baby to be his and Regina’s child in the deep and meaningful way.

Regina’s Curse didn’t take nine months. She had preparations to make, and she had try twice, because the first time she used her horse’s heart. When she spoke with Rumpel, he was already in the cage, too. That didn’t happen until after Ella was married, and Snowing were already married, when they attended her wedding. A great deal of the first two episodes’ flashbacks do not occur until after the last flashback in “The Price of Gold.”

Regina’s curse did take 9 months, between threatening it to actually casting it. She threatened Snowing at their wedding but didn’t cast the curse until Emma’s birth. Whilst Emma was born early, it would still be around the 9 month stage.

It’s possible that Regina didn’t actually do anything about the curse until a few months after she made the threat but when she actually got round to casting it, she tried, she failed, she visited Rumple, she killed her father then cast the curse successfully.

Regina would’ve had to gather the ingredients for the curse, at this point in time the curse was a big deal, so that would’ve taken time.

Pan and Felix we able to cast their curse so quickly because Regina apparently had all the necessary ingredients hanging around her vault.

Snowing were able to cast their curse because they had Regina’s help so obviously they knew exactly what they needed and were able to gather them quickly or Regina had them stashed in her castle.

Hook’s dark curse trivialised the dark curse because apparently just adding a crushed heart to any cauldron spell turns it into a dark curse. Either that or Merlin’s communication spell is very similar to the dark curse and the crushed heart is the only difference between them.

We’ve had 4 dark curses in the past 5 seasons.

Thanks for posting those but I still think Robin is using “our” in the context of referring to him and Regina. “Against OUR best instincts”…”You can visit with OUR child so long as one of US is present”

IMO OQ are treating Zelena as a surrogate. She’s the “mother” in the sense that she gave birth to the baby, but Robin considers himself and Regina to be the parents. Essentially Zelena will just get updates on the baby’s progress rather than be an active part of the child’s life.

He’s not. He’s talking to Zelena.

You might be right but I disagree. I think last week he referred to it as “our child” in the context that it was his and Regina’s child.

So Regina wanted the feud between her and Zelena to end, which Zelena said she wanted too but thought it was too late for that, so Regina’s way of making it happen is to try and cut Zelena off from her child?

I don’t like how Robin refers to baby greenbean as “our child” as if it is his and Regina’s biologically. I get that Regina will play a role in the baby’s life and will be the kid’s step-mom, but Zelena is still the child’s mom. As Regina said to Zelena last week, Regina has done a lot worse than Zelena has. Regina’s redemption only came about through her love of Henry, her son, so why is she and Robin trying to deny Zelena the same chance at redemption?

Is Regina and Robin following the same self-centred logic that Snowing does? You can harm as many peasants and Rumple’s loved ones as you like and all will be forgiven, but if you harm any of the Charmings or anyone who Regina cares about, you will be cast out for all eternity?

Maybe she’s not talking to Zelena, but talking to Robin. Maybe Regina wants to take the baby away and protect it somewhere with magic and RH doesn’t want to let go of little Baby Hood. It’s best chance is probably with Regina, not RH and his arrows.

    Maybe.

That’s an interesting way to look at it, but then why wouldn’t Regina want Robin to go with the child? Unless she’s trusting Zelena to protect the child?

Plus it would shut up those anti-SF people who take the age given on Neal’s wanted poster as solid canon, rather than a production error

Neal would’ve been 24 whilst Emma would’ve been 17/18. That’s not a big age gap, it’s only 6/7 years. Even if Emma was 17 when they met, that’s not to say she didn’t turn 18 during their time together. Emma would’ve been 18 in October 2001.

This could be very interesting actually. If the writers see just how well Belle is liked by the fans, where the thought that Belle won’t be in 5B sends fans into a frenzy, then the writers might decide to give Belle more meaningful screentime as they will see the character is more popular than they probably give her credit for.

A “pissed-off boyfriend” doesn’t do to someone what Hook did to Emma. If you’re pissed off at someone, you either give them the silent treatment or you have a shouting argument about what it was that pissed you off. You don’t go for personal insults. You don’t go for something that would really hurt the other person emotionally. That sort of behaviour would break a relationship because it would destroy the trust within the relationship. Why would you be openly honest emotionally with your partner if you can’t trust them not to use it against you one day?

The writers really need to decide how Hook feels about Milah since apparently he’s hellbent on avenging her death despite speaking of her like a piece of property and calling her “soiled” last episode. Either:

    a) Hook still loves Milah and was never over her death, literally making Emma “a pretty blonde distraction”

    or

    b) Hook just really hates Rumple and will use any excuse to try and kill him so long as Hook has the upper hand.

    I like Regina’s outfit.

In the second Nimue pic, there is a non-sparkly dark one in the background.

Crack theory: What if the dark ones can only go after the people that have done dark things and thus have “darkness” in them e.g Snowing separated baby Lily from her mother and sent her through a portal to another land. The dark ones can’t touch Belle because she is good and is full of “light”.
