Liked:
The Nimue/Merlin story- It was beautifully tragic how Nimue became the dark one. I wish Nimue and Merlin could stick around.
Zelena- Zelena is fast becoming one of my favourite characters this season, just because she’s not giving into Regina and the other “heroes” plus she is wickedly funny.
Nimue as the dark one- Talk about battle of the sexes, it’s ironic that the most successful dark ones are female.
Charming’s sass towards Zelena- Out of Snowing, Charming is the more likeable of the two.
Disliked:
No Belle or Rumple- RumBelle took a break this episode. DO Clippy Rumple doesn’t count as real Rumple.
Hook’s attitude towards Emma as the dark one- It’s problematic in that, at the moment, the dark one is part of Emma. He’s rejecting part of Emma because he doesn’t like it. He’s said himself, he want to be the one to “break down” Emma’s walls. Hook wants to see himself as the hero in the relationship, the “rescuer”, the “strong” one. The thing is though, because we’ve had RumBelle deal with this situation and Belle handled the dark one issue beautifully, Hook’s handling of the situation with Emma pales in comparison. Belle encouraged Rumple to be the best he could be and to not give into the darkness, but at the same time she accepted that he was the dark one. Hook on the other hand rejected Emma because she wasn’t “his” Emma. I am failing to see the deep emotional connection between Hook and Emma as it is, even more so with the Emma as the dark one situation.

Hook dies. Emma trades her soul to Hades for him. Why? Because this is what occurred for Megara in the Disney version, when her boyfriend died. She traded her soul for him to live again and he “ran off with some babe and hurt her real bad” as said by Hades. This could be where we are headed…. They travel to the underworld to get him back but must make a swap and Emma decides to take his place.
Horrible deal if you ask me.I agree. Also here’s the thing. If they’re paralleling Emma and Meg with the above example, then Hook leaving Emma for someone else after her saving him would be a douchebag move.

Keeper of FelixStorybrooke close to destruction on a season/arc finale? Goodness. That’s never happened.
I bet the “heroes” try to save themselves and leave RumBelle and the rest of the town to deal with the consequence that would more than likely be because of something the “heroes” did.

Keeper of Felixwe actually don’t know for sure what the pre-conditions of pulling the sword out of the stone are. For all we know, it has to be a white dude under 5’11 with great potential for total self-loathing. Sir Kay was clearly too confident.
