Well, be fair. Just because she never wrote anything important doesn’t mean that she’ll be the worst. Ever writer does have to start somewhere. Once upon a time even Jane Espenson was a nobody and while her episodes as of late are pretty lackluster, she did give us Skin Deep and Desperate Souls because she honed her craft and because she had good show runners. She might be a brilliant writer but like I said to you earlier about Balas and Bates, it comes down to the showrunners and their vision. Look at Scott Nimfaro; he is pretty clearly on the SQ train but he has to write what A and E tell him.
Im not saying worst in the sense she writes awful, in saying in terms of being pro hook writer, in saying that since she will never wrote aything on tv, she will be eager to show stuff so she will do what her bosses will tell her, example i dont see A&E telling Jane or andrew how they should write, bc they have credits from other shows, im saying she will be worst bc she comes like a white board , so she will be easy manipulated to sell something mainly bc she wants to show work and gain credits with A&E and with ABC, so when she starts writing hook, she will have the perception that Hook is a hero, a great person, meaning that any epi she will write her perception of the show was given by the people that want you to believe and wont let you have other insight, i mean they wont say to her, u know there was the character Neal, he and emma were supposed to end together but we had to chnage story bc ABC made us, if they even explain to her who was neal, they will mostly say he was always meant to die, he was not important.
Because no way would A&E be able to manipulate, for example, if they had a writer joining the team, with lots of awards, lots of shows written, A&E as show runners would have the last word, but this writer would be treated diferent from someone that never wrote anything in tv,bc for sure this award winner writer would see past seasons, would try to learn who the characters are, and would question them about certain decisions, but a writer that never wtote anything in tv, doesnt know how this world works, that enters in a writing team in a S5 of a show, will probably hear that she doesnt need to see past seasons and that they fill her on the story they want her to know.
Yeah, about Bill Balas, means a lot about the show runners( lets not forget that this is the 1st time of A&E being show runners and is awfull, unlike GOS showrunners that have many years of this), but there is also a thing with Bill, if he is really joining GOS writing team( by the way a writing team , involves, main writers, staff writers, editor writers, script writer, and maybe some more), he will do it in a show that is starting, like Jane was when she came in S1, so he will be in same level that all the writers, totally diferent from OUAT case, like u said Scott, well not sure he is so SQ, or he just likes writing them,but even him was manipulated recently, since he said that the consequences of issues like rape culture or rape or PTSD dont need to be treated on ouat bc is simply a show, that people understand that in real life things dont work like that, so he also was manipulated to say those things, bc i almost bet he only saw maybe S3, or S3B if he actually saw anything at all.

I think all the writers are pro-Hook. They’ve swallowed their own kool-aid as it were. I don’t think it’s one singular (or even two or three) writers. For Adam and Eddy he’s clearly their wish fulfillment guy. Kalinda obviously liked him. Jane has talked about Hook and Spike’s similarities and how that helps her understand and write Hook (which makes me vomit but moving on)

About the new writer is going to be even worst, bc appears she never wrote anything important, so to show work she will go along with what the others writers tell her, she was probably already brainwashed with the idea that CS is amazing and almost bet if she sees ouat, will be only S4, to catch the previous season and im being nice, bc my vibe is that she wont see past seasons and will only know what the other writers tell her. There is a saying in my country that, translated to english may lose the vibe a bit , but goes like this:” behind me will come , who will make me look good”.

U are been busy, i see, have to say i agree with all of you.
I see many of you wanted stories about Neal reaction, i know of some writers that are doing that, as soon as they post stories , i will put the links here.
Talking about stories, very few fan fiction writers make me love Sf this days, mainly bc at this point, Neal deserved better if he was still alive, but there is a new story SF and CS, i may say, that when i read the 1st chapter i was like, ok, this so will end with Neal giving his blessing to CS, in fact meresger thought the same and left a very angry comment about it, however my surprise, is that the 2nd chapter really has a twist that makes both Sf and maybe Cs happy. I have to say there is more SF than Cs, at least for now, pity the writers dont do something like this, would explain many inconsistences in emma character. Spoiler: u may get a dark emma version( i say emma version, bc the twist is here) trying to kill hook.

Yep. And if a character has to remain dead in the story for another couple to get together, then that tells you something in and of itself. Doesn’t it? I mean we had Ariel taking Hook to task and saying, “You killed a man for a ship? Who does that?” I mean, if you take the word ship to be shorthand for relationship, it’s not hard to gather the writers were being a bit tongue and cheek with that one. They killed off Neal in order for the relationship between Emma and Hook to unfold. Why? Because Neal was always written as being Emma’s true love, as confirmed by the swan pendant crossing realms. As JMo tweeted recently, Emma would’ve chosen Neal if he hadn’t died, because in her words, “swans mate for life.” Hook is the one who remains by default, not by choice. Emma is so desperate not to be like the black widow, to know she’s not somehow cursed to kill all the men she’s ever cared about, that she clings to Hook, because he’s the last one standing. He’s not her first choice though.
Actually people tend to forget that JMO actually said last year in cannes that Neal only 2 options were, to get emma and in case of them not staying together, he had to die so that emma could move on to someone else, bc according to her, no way would emma move on to other relation if Neal was there close to her, and then of course she saw what she said and tried to redeem herself and was even worst bc she said that Neal needed to die to pay for his sins, like he was some sort of villain.

Who is the OUAT character that has this traits? You only have one shot and is not Rumple, i would say Rumple fits on sociopath traits and are almost the same as the phychopath but with some diferences.

Honestly, one big reason I never 100% thought Rumple was going to die and leave the show at the end of the Season is because they know losing him would be a huge risk to take. Not to mention, Bobby has a 5 year contract, so going by that logic, he’s still going to be around for at least one more Season. Yes Bobby could have tried asking to leave early, but that was all fan speculation that he wanted to leave in the first place. Some also speculated that they’re planning for Season 5 to be the final Season, so they would have taken the risk. On the contrary, Adam and Eddy recently confirmed that they don’t have a clear ending date and are planning to milk how many more episodes out of this show as they can. This is the third time they’ve cheated Rumple out of death. The first was Snow using the candle to make Cora die in Rumple’s place, the second time was Neal giving his life to resurrect Rumple from the Vault of Eternal Goo, and this time he’s spared from death by having the Apprentice transfer the darkness out of his heart. That should show how reluctant they are to lose the character.
My answer to this, instead of making a long post about how i disagree, is: Patrick Dempsey from Greys Anatomy( lead male and had a contract for another season besides this one) and by the way Paul Lee said that they expect to air Greys for many more years and that S12 is not the last, so i use this example that shows that all this Rumple and Robert Carlyle contract can be compare to Grey`s and Derek was also saved from death to many times before he actually died, In fact he was missing for some epis before dying, just saying that from what i heard and even from some interview about S5 that i saw posted on some Rumple fan( u also posted this interview here) Rumple may be missing some episodes and may even not recover and end up dying..
