This is just my small contribution to one of the many. To my fellow Swanfire warriors <3
I just… have to… this video. I have fanned a long time and seen a lot of videos in my day, and I am not exaggerating when I say that this is potentially the best fan-made video I’ve ever seen. I haven’t cried tears over these guys for weeks but when I watched this last night I did – but in the best possible way. What an amazing, gorgeous story this trio has. That – THAT is what they threw away? Sheer idiocy. I am not on the “send everything to A&E” bandwagon, but seriously – send it to them. I love the whole thing, but I love the first minute and a half first of all… beautiful. Just beautiful. I’ve hardly been around lately, I know – I am definitely in “bury my head in the sand” mode. I am running with the idea that this is NOT done (now it’s my turn to claim “sheer idiocy” lol) because it’s the only way I can possibly hope to continue to watch, and unfortunately, I have come to terms with the fact that I’ll be watching come fall. Reading here just makes me… sad. And I hate being sad. So it’s lots of fanfic, pretty much, and intentional ignorance. I laughed so hard when I read that B&TB thing earlier. Hilarious. Thanks for the kind words about the story, guys. I’ve had the concept for the bulk of it since shortly after 315, but the beginning got retooled post-322 and I think it ends up being stronger, actually. I hope to do justice to our duo, there’s a lot that I needed to see with them and if the show won’t do it, then apparently I’m going to. I’ll probably update 1-2x/wk, unfortunately it takes me FOREVER to get stuff written and edited to where I like it. Future hint: it’s hard to discuss stuff with someone who’s dead, so we may need to do something about that.
(Rainbow, where did you send your fic idea to? I will go see if I can find it! I have a few ideas rattling around in my brain but if the only SF I get is writing fic then more ideas are never a bad thing!) @DSB, i send it to you and text on tumblr. Like i said i posted on ranisha fb group, but although many people liked the idea, they all said they didnt had the writing skills, i also send to the writer of that story on tumblr we like, but didnt got an answer, probably bc the otherday she said she was already involve in to many stories. But thinking about it You and @Text are the ideal persons, bc you belong to B.R.A. , and that group should have all the great SF stories. LOL.

Our DSB story, such great story so far. I had an idea, but no writing skills, so oi put it on ranisha FB group to see if any writer was interested, and even sent my idea to the phoenixsquills, she writes great stories, but so far none. So sent it to DSB if she wanna write it with Text help, they are some killer team. I almost cried on this 1st chapter.

That is why i think they dont change hook clothes, bc Killian Jones( with normal clothes, normal hand, no jewels) doesnt sell, but Killian Jones with captain Hook clothes sell, that is why they dont give him new clothes, and wont do it.
Heh yeah, I think you’re quite right about that. Which is why I was a bit surprised they got rid of the Jolly Roger, since taking that away also slowly strips him of his pirateness. And I will be even more surprised (but at the same time not) if they get rid of the hook. Cause then Captain Hook will be neither Hook nor a Captain. He’ll simply be a man. Just like any other. Upside to that would be, it will make it easier for people to see past the leather and guyliner. His personality will have nothing to hide behind and then he’s just an ordinary man. You see when swarthy pirates spy on women through their spyglass, it’s romantic. When normal guys in jeans and a t-shirt do it, it’s creepy. I also think ABC doesn’t realise that favoritism, can backfire.
yeah, bc the thing is , Colin without any of hook characteristcs, is just a normal guy, not the hot guy they want to sell, bc when you see colin pics, he doesnt look like so atractive, i even saw some pics of him on the movie and i had to check many times to see if was really him, bc with no beard and with normal clothes, he is not a guy that you stop to look at, and ABC knows that, that is why the pirates clothes have to continue.

Ok, maybe they will give him his hand back, maybe emma with her magic. You also see that, when in EF , pretending to be a prince, the clothes were similar to the ones he use as pirate, i mean what prince uses is clothes, and goes to a ball with his shirt open to see his chest, bc they have to sell Hook no matter what.
Also i think @ranisha is right, we will probably see the Jolly Roger again, bc the abc pretty boy cannot be left without his ship.

Im sure that all the others men are there, but let me look this in diferent ways:

Yeah, the same thing, a very biased network, they cannot even hide.
Im even surprised that on father day, they actually make it about Rumple/Bae-Neal/Henry, and not about Hook/Bae, Hook/Neal or Hook /Henry.
Lets not forget the calendar and the twiter thing, yeah, they are not biased at all, they totaly didnt pressured the writers to kill Neal and make CS.
