ParticipantBen Barnes (The Chronicles of Narnia), Henry Thomas (E.T.) and Michael Raymond-James (Once Upon a Time) will play Sam Adams, John Adams and Revere, respectively, while Rafe Spall (Prometheus) and Ryan Eggold (The Blacklist) will fill the roles of Hancock and Warren.

ParticipantWOW, very powerful emotional stuff there, don’t agree with all but a lot of it is so true. And I agree I ship Neal with happiness but I still enjoy SFer. I think Neal deserved, a home, a family, happiness, and love. And it pisses me off the other half of the lost boy and lost girl did not get that.
Neal has so far, put himself in front of her when thereâs danger, came back to her to make sure Rumple didnât hurt her, stepped up to the plate and became an amazing daddy to their son, got up from a f—king BULLET WOUND LIKE IT WAS NOTHING, and traveled between lands for her and Henry, to protect them, to make sure they were safe. He has tried to talk with her about their past, he has apologized multiple times, he owned up to his mistake, learned from it, and told Emma she owed him nothing and could be as angry as she wanted with him. THIS IS WHAT LOVE IS. PUTTING SOMEONE ELSE BEFORE YOU. Emma tells Neal that she loves him, that she *needs* him. In Nealâs mind, he is probably ecstatic, relived, happy, he finally knows that the woman of his dreams still loves him after everything he did to her. He then letâs go of her hand to make sure she doesnât fall down the portal with him. So then Neal works his (incredibly sexy) butt off to make it back to her. He deals with the shadow, escapes Felix, THE WHOLE GENIUS SQUID THING, turning into a total badarse and getting his son back for a few short moments.
Neal did so much for others, he is far from perfect but he also did a lot of good in his life for the people he loved (Darlings, Emma, Henry, Father) for complete strangers (WHALE) or people that may have hurt him (LOST BOYS).
That a man who forces you into submission can have everything he desires by saying âsorryâ but a selfless man who would do anything for you deserves a punch in the face.
Very powerful reflective statement that makes you go hmmmmm. But I think the Halo effect plays into this as well.
The backstory of the writer that goes with that hits home. As person who experienced abuse/bullying in the past a simple sorry doesn’t suffice enough that I would want to be romantically involved or even friends with my abuser. Nor would I ever trust them around the people I love and care for.

ParticipantTHIS SO MUCH THIS. HOOK Didn’t look for Emma until he was told to. Neal made his way to Neverland to get to his family. And he died in Enchanted Forest trying to get back to his family. This man deserved a second chance at a family and home. I’m not talking he deserved Emma, because no one deserves Emma but herself and Henry. But Neal deserved a second chance at happiness period.
Say what you want about Neal, but the man loved Emma, his father, his son, and the darlings…. and of them loved him.
He wasn’t perfect but the man tried his hardest to right his wrongs and be there for Emma and Henry anyway he can. He loved them so much that he was able to removed himself from his father on his own volition to ensure her safety and her families.
Neal Cassidy is still better than you.

ParticipantQuality is so subjective but I heard nothing but good things and positive praise about Orphan Black. But I can not offer any personal opinion on Orphan because I haven’t seen it. To me the writer for Once has been watered down a lot. I think Grimm has better writer, character development and ease into moving forward then OUAT. But there are some who would disagree with me on this as well. Its all subjective opinion rather by one, few, or many.
As for the Emma/Hook -love pain musings: I think Love did not only brought pain to Emma and Hook. They experience pain with love, but it did not only brought them pain. Emma has had happiness and joy with Love, Neal, Her Parents, Henry, etc etc. Hook had his brother and Milha. I think for them pain was that of lost, they lost people who they loved.
Hook pain was losing Milha, the woman he loved. Emma pain was losing Neal, the man she loved.
But both Hook and Emma had happiness with their lost loves. Emma said we were Happy Once. And if you watched Tallahassee, Neal and Emma appeared to be happy and content with nothing more than the other person they loved. At the end of the day thing one thing is for certain, Neal loved Emma and Emma loved Neal and both loved Henry. And that is CANON.
