Swanfire, foundation being laid since the pilot.
Favorite moment from 3.5. Its another bittersweet moment when Emma connected and empathized with what Bae went through. She understood him on such a deep level because she had walked in those shoes before.
I wish we could have a scene where Emma and Neal could talked about his cave of wonders.
Thinking about it retrospectively, Neverland allowed Emma to see another side of Neal that she never has been able to see before. It also allowed viewers (casual) to see how closely tied they were with each other.Another notable point was we had, Neal in another realm, Emma with her family and allies, and Henry trapped with Pan. So it wasn’t just Neal and Emma separated it was the whole family separated.

My headcanon was Neal was convince to leave by August with some connection to the big bad. That pretty much if he stayed with Emma the bad thing that would happen would be Emma might die. We know he didn’t know of Henry. So basically it would be that staying together means Emma would be in danger. I believe MRJ and Adam and Eddy discuss several options why Neal shouldn’t have to leave. So I assume what ever they decided it would be big.
As for the jail incident I think either August or the Darlings called the cops. I think Neal was trying to do some spying on Emma and contact August. August then later told him she went to jail. Neal figure that Emma went to jail because she got caught as accessory. Thus Neal is basically blaming himself for one leaving Emma and two getting her involved with his crime. If Emma didn’t help steal the watches she would be free and find.

LOVE EVERTHING
My favorite part of 3.4 was Emma saying Home and sees the stars on the cave ceiling, and Neal going Emma. A &E is still showing their bond and how strong it is. Bread Crumbs is what I called it now, the Swanfire Bread Crumbs that leads them home!

3.03 Neal leaping on the shadow to get to his family that scene was awesome the music in the background was perfect it gave off that victorious heroic vibe especially with Mulan, Robin, and Roland watching him fly off like the Darlings. Also, what struck out at me was the Swanfirefamily all separated took leaps of faith. Neal, Emma, and Henry, that was amazing SwanfireFamily moment, show how that family is connected even though they are apart. I want to see more Swanfire Family bonding.
