So yeah, they were kissing in this field of PINK ROSES, and then the scene fades to black because we demurely draw the curtain on what happens next. Because we are tasteful like that, and this is CS, so a SUPER TASTEFUL love story. Did we say ROMANTIC?” Ugh, Universe save us from this mediocrity of a show.

slurp: I can not but think that crying over dreamcatcher will not relate to Neal but more likely her mourning Hook or something that is not Neal. I guess I ‘m just use to nothing but disappointment regarding Ouat when it comes to Neal related happenings. And even if its about Neal it will probably be used to foster a CS moment in the next scene.

Slurp you make wonderful strong points and notions. However at the end of the day, they are simply selling a product and that product is CS. So even if they purposely are slipping in some secretive underscoring narrative that bolsters why either Neal or Regina shows what love is and are the better option’ the very apparent blatant narrative is CS = true Love. They are just having a hiccup right now in the guise of emotional angst and conflict. So it doesn’t matter what the other person says, does, thinks, or feels in regards to the other person. That won’t stop it from being stamp with True Love.
Person A can literally try to Kill Person B and they will still get stamp with True Love.
Person A can KILL Person B and it will still get stamp with True Love.
There is nothing Person A or Person B can do to each other or any others that won’t stop them from being stamp with True Love in this show.

I give this episode 9.5
It was hilarious yet serious, it was light yet deep, it was solid yet flowing, it was the Doctor.
I laughed and I cried. I CRIED on this episode.

Alas the loss of Clara its coming, it makes me sad. More pain for the doctor to run from. More tears for me to shed. 🙁

As for the no interaction with MRJ clause, maybe its abc, maybe its the writers, maybes its the fandom, or all of the above. One possibility is they think that if the cast interacts publicly with MRJ then fans will take this as sign that perhaps Neal will be back on the show. Thus avoid having to many direct connected to Neal which may includes very limited interactions with MRJ? I find it difficult to believe that its because they are afraid of the fandom being upset if they interact more often. The fans get excited when the Cast interacts with MRJ. Well in at least in regards to Colin, Sean, and RC. Not sure how it would be with Jmo or Lana?
Its odd to me. This MRJ Sean psa tweet is just one example of many. A character from Grimm recently died and she and the cast acts as if she was still part of the show. Of course she is the love of the main leading actor and not to mention they are pretty much a family where they are honorary aunts and uncles of each others kids and pets. Maybe Grimm is not a good comparison example. LOL
Overall I’m not mad. I am disappointed. With the show and with myself for putting this show on too high of a pedestal, for falling for the illusions of this show, that it was about hope, second chances, and family. For thinking it was spectacular work of art and as Nevermore put it now its just simply another soap opera. I think what gets me most is I viewed this show as a symbol of hope in my life. And When Neal died, he died during a low point in my personal life. I had turn to this show as medium of inspiration as things do get better, good things do happen to good people. And Ouat told blatantly told me nope, not unless you are one of the “pretty popular pitiless people,” or sounding bored for the {pretty popular pitiless people.{ And It wasn’t just me that had that same reaction others were devastated as the fantasy was shattered. Example the little girl and mother who were heartbroken at the death of Neal because she had recently lost her military father overseas and were using Ouat as comforting and inspirational outlet. So yeah overall I am disappointed.
Alas, Three Things Ouat gave me, My heartsong (Rainbow), My great friends (Ranchers and MORE), MICHAELRAYMONDJAMES, and a great season 1. Wait that is four.
Anyway I may be disappointed with Ouat, but Life goes on, there are more solid things to find hope and joy in internally and externally, There is not just good tv out there, there is GREAT tv out there, there can be happy fanning and even good sad fanning (Looking at you Ranchers), and Ouat is not the universal truth for what is Hope, true Love, happy endings, second chances, and family.
Okay this rambling went way to long and its probably because I lack coffee.

so does Emma just have a room full of dreamcatchers which has really nothing to do with nor any connection to Nealfire you know like Henry, yellow bug, swankeychain(does that even exist anymore), second chances, home, family, Charley’s Girl, 8:15, Tallahassee, Rumple, Dark One, the name Neal, the name Baelfire, the curse, premise of the show etc etc etc…) future episode title season 6. 1 Charley’s Girl Has no connection to Neal. Future Episode 6.22 Cassidy has no connection to Neal. I really need to stop giving them ideas..

I went to Tumbles and this is the first thing on my dash.
I miss that perfectly imperfect heroic lovable lost boy. I miss my Phoenix! My Baelfire, My Neal Cassidy.

For me I agree with the 8.5. The points I had to take away from this episode was the villain was not that powerful or memorable. The fear of the villain moreso the fear of the unknown was far more threatening and poignant then the actual villain.

I simply do not care about this stock villain. In fact, I swore I seen something like this creature on another syfy film.
As for the characters the final four struck with me. I love the two couples. And I was sad for the one to not make and then you see the guy look at her alive because they went further in the past. And it struck with Aww.
Of course I could tell the deaf girl and her translator was obviously in love. And I was happy they would get a chance to be together.
Now on to the Doctor and Clara. I thought their relationship and dialogue was bittersweet, somber, it had endearment, yet sorrow, it was somewhat nostalgic and reflective. However ,maybe its because we know the actress is leaving that it seems a bit foreboding. Clara and the Doctor interactions gave me the whole soldiers getting ready for battle or that final performance of a rock band. It seemed like a lot of the “last times.” Soon it would be the last time for this and last time for that. And its almost like deep down the characters are painfully aware its coming.
I see with Clara that there are two parts with her hooray time for adventure, avoiding the pain of grief yet at the same time doing all she can because she knows its going to end soon.
And there is Danny. Danny was all through this episode. His name not spoken but he lingered like the ocean that surrounded them and trapped them in that under water base at the bottom of the ocean.
If I wanted to go all psychological with this beast. I can say that Doctor and Clara were basically running away from the ghost of the past and the ghost of the inevitable. Some day it has to end. Not to mention what better place then under water. I always thought deep oceans and open space give you similar effect. Rather you are beneath the surface of the ocean or above in space you are humbled by the breath of life.
Overall I so far have been enjoying myself this season.
