So had another dream this time about MRJ he had another project after Sons of Liberty (yes it was going to be another big one) there was some hint about him working with JMO again and this is where the dream got really blurry. MRJ Working with JMO on another movie project that they were both excited for and hinted it was set up as them being a couple? Which they started teasing each on via twitter again But then there was a hint that OUAT was being canceled or it was the last season and the writers said screw it. And decided to end the series with Emma and Neal having true love kissed since the producers no longer cared and the show was ending anyway. And the cast was ready to move forward, happy to have MRJ back and excited about future projects outside of OUAT. It was the most crazy dream of all. Now I just need a dream of MRJ being sexy while riding a horse.

@PriceofMagic I guess it goes with the many inconsistencies, plot holes, oxymorons (yeah I said it), flip flop and Whaaaaaaaaatt??? nature of this show.
All I can say its different and depending on how you are and what you like its either good, bad, or meh thing.
And I just can’t take it that seriously anymore, especially with the debacle of the redefinition of true love and soul mates. (Did you forget your super cool special savior protagonist is suppose to be a symbol of true love incarnate??)
They think by the fly and sticking to what is popular in pop culture.

There are of course more things, but ultimately it comes to this: Neal /MRJ was not treated the same way in S3 as he had been in S2ânor were fans of his treated the same way. I remember those podcasts where fans called in asking about Neal and Emma, and got assurances to âkeep their hopeââand then there was that day Adam told people not to hope, and went weird on twitter replying âHandsomeâ to everything. Anyway just a few random odd thoughts in a spare moment.
This so much this, it was like all of sudden and out of the blue  he and his fans were completely excommunicated and ostracized for no reason at all. It didn’t take to long to see what fans they were only interested in and attending to.
And the hate and vile that MRJ was getting from some in the fandom was ridiculous. I was shocked that no one really came to his aid publicly. If it wasn’t about them or didn’t involved them they didn’t care. It just an interesting reflection for an uber super family friendly cast. I think the most of them are more of respectable associates.
At least Shatner still loves him some Neal.

However I don’t want to make Maid Marion to be cast in even more negative light then she already will be seen. No need to sully Maid Marion any further, and the last thing I want to hear see she deserved to die because she was having affair. In light of the other crimes that other characters committed, affair is not worthy of death. Some one said that perhaps Maid Marion is really in love with little John a while back. So that both Robin and Maid Marion are willing to part ways amicable. That’s not a bad idea either. But I have this idea that Maid Marion will probably just die as way of time fixing itself. As  the Doctorrefers to it, A fix point.
I thought a better idea then replacing actors for same character would have been just make this Robin Hood the son of Robin or brother of Robin. Roland can be his nephew that he is taking care of in honor of his brother. That way Robin Hood and Maid Marion would be intact. Also we could avoid another pointless love triangle where everyone who is basically everyone knows its going to end in Outlaw Queen favor.

This only happens when the discussion is directly about people attempting to compare Hook and Neal in Hookâs favor.
Iâve made posts in the past about Neal and Swanfire, about both their positive and negative aspects, without ever mentioning Hook outside of his actual involvement in Nealâs story.
Neal doesnât need to be compared to anyone to make him look better. Heâs a complex character, and thatâs a good thing. He has many, many positive qualities and it objectively probably one of the most selfless, decent characters on OUAT. But he does have his flaws, and thatâs a wonderful thing. I would never want a character to be perfect. How boring would that be.
Nealâs entire life is informed by repeated abandonment. When he was a child, every nearly every adult who was supposed to love him and protect abandoned him, sometimes in horrible ways. When it came down to it, people who loved him making sacrifices for him, giving things up for him, is something he rarely experienced. This could have turned him into a cold, selfish person. Instead, he took that pain and became an incredibly selfless person. He understood the pain of constantly coming second to the people who loved him, and he became the kind of person who was willing to make sacrifices so he didnât make people feel that pain.
That doesnât mean he always did it in the right way. In regards to his relationship with Emma, making that sacrifice led him to make Emmaâs decisions for her. In making sacrifices, he sometimes takes complete control of a situation, taking the choice out of other peopleâs hands.
But he doesnât expect anything from anyone. How could he? Thatâs a learned behavior. How could he learn that behavior when for most of his life he was rarely offered anything from anyone. He doesnât expect anyone to want him, to choose him, because thatâs not an experience heâs familiar with. You canât expect something with which you have no experience.
He doesnât just expect to be wanted and chosen. So when it came to his relationship with Emma in Storybrooke, he understood that she might not want to be with him. He understood that loving someone doesnât necessarily mean youâll choose them. And he was completely willing to accept that. He was willing to let Emma have complete control of that choice, and was willing to just be friends and co-parents if that was what she wanted.
Whatâs more, he knew that if she didnât want to be with him, it was because of what he did. He was aware of the mistakes he made, owned up to them, and accepted the fact that those mistakes might mean Emma wouldnât want to be with him.
One of the things I loved most about his character was his relationship with Henry. He knew how it felt to be abandoned by a parent. Heâd experienced it twice (three times, if you count Hook selling him to Pan). So the second he found out he had a son he wanted to give him every bit of love and attention he possibly could, because he never wanted his son to feel unloved or left behind the way he did. His son immediately became the most important thing in his life. Because he knew what it was like to not be the most important thing in his parentsâ lives.
Neal was an incredibly selfless man who had some very human flaws. And he doesnât need to be compared to Hook, or anyone, in order to be made to look that way. He doesnât have to be. Because thatâs just who he is.
