This was a pretty good episode. I especially liked it because it delivered on 2 levels:
On the one hand, it showed character growth. Regina’s apology to Belle was honest and shows how far Regina’s come. In S2 she wouldn’t even apologize even when she knew that she was wrong. Her conversation with Snow was, though overdue, very nice. It was good to see that these two not only finally acknowledge their past mistakes but also talk about it with each other. And Regina actually kissing Robin was a major decision for her to actively try to find happiness.
The second thing, I really liked was that by finding out Zelena’s plan, the plot moves on after the last episode didn’t help a lot in this aspect.
Nevertheless, there is one thing that really annoys me, though it’s nothing new… Why is everyone calling Snow Mary Margaret? I get, that Emma prefers Gold to Rumple since it must be weird for her and hat Charming is called David because that’s his real name, but no one calls Belle Lacey or Regina Mayor Mills.

Are they filming AU scenes or why else would Marian be alive? Snow looks like she’s back in her bandit outfit and Emma is wearing FTL clothes… If it’s AU, maybe RumBelle are in the Dark Castle.

Well, technically we didn’t *see* Emma and Neal making tacos but as far as I know, Henry is their kid and he wasn’t brought to them by the stork. So that argument is kind of invalid…
I’m not kidding. I watched an entire Twitter convo once about this. He said we don’t have proof that they weren’t playing card games during those meetings. That it wasn’t shown on screen, so for all we know they weren’t actually doing anything
So Graham needed a shower after playing cards sockless?

I have no idea what to make of this. NONE Could they tease something THAT far in advance? Skipping over spoilers/scoop for 16 and 17??
and would they really do something like that after this whole Regina and Graham story in S1?

Does anyone understand what Rumple is saying while getting out of the basemen? Sorry, English is not my mother tongue and the tone is cracking a bit in that moment…
I think it’ll parallel as well, just don’t know when we’re going to see that. Because Regina doesn’t have another centric this season (pretty sure) so if this paralleling them falling for each other in the EF, then it might not even be shown until S4. (unless 322 is more Regina focused…)
However, 18 is co-written by Jane Espenson and so far she has written quite a few episodes in which important things happen for Regina. So, I hope that we will at least see Robin and Regina developing a friendship.
I think she’s gonna like try her best to get the heck out of there and Robin is going to be all confused… I could be wrong and she just jumps his bones right then an there on the table….
I’d love to see the latter part though I doubt it will happen 🙂 Probably rather the first part. Regina’s still scared to pursue happiness and now without Henry or at least him without his memories, she won’t be able to start a new chapter in her love life.
(But wowza, Lana and Sean have amazing chemistry. A&E might want to ask for a different timeslot/Network with the two of them getting more screen time together…)
