ready_to_rumbelleParticipant
I think we all just need to wait and see (and most of all relax). Just because neither MRJ nor EdR were seen filming in the last few weeks, doesn’t necessarily mean a lot. Maybe Rumple, Neal and Belle have a little sub plot without the rest, which was filmed in studio. Oh, and most importantly, guys, we only have 11 days left until this painful hiatus is over!!!
[adrotate group="5"]ready_to_rumbelleParticipantOkay, since I’m too lazy to do all of it, I’ll make a top 5 and the 5 least favorites for seasons 1 and 2 and my overall ranking. So here we go…
Season 1:
1. Skin Deep (duh 🙂 )
2. Pilot
3. A Land Without Magic
4. Desperate Souls
5. Snow Falls
… 18. Fruit of The Poisonous Tree
19. The Shepherd
20. True North
21. That Still Small Voice
22. Dreamy
Season 2:
1. Manhattan
2. The Miller’s Daughter
3. Crocodile
4. Tallahassee
5. The Evil Queen (but only because of the FBs)
… 18. Child of the Moon
19. In the Name of the Brother
20. Tiny
21. Welcome to Storybrooke
22. Selfless Brave and True
Doing a list for season 3 A was a bit more tricky. Right after its run Think Lovely Thoughts was my favorite but that changed during the hiatus, so it’s possible that the following list might change after the end of S3B 😛 but for now, that’s it:
1. Nasty Habits
2. Quite A Common Fairy
3. Lost Girl
4. Going Home
5. Think Lovely Thoughts
6. Dark Hollow
7. Save Henry
8. The Heart of the Truest Believer
9. The New Neverland
10. Ariel
11. Good Form
Overall:
1. Skin Deep
2. Pilot
3. Manhattan
4. A Land Without Magic
5. Nasty Habits
… 51. Good Form
52. Welcome to Storybrooke
53. That Still Small Voice
54. Dreamy
55. Selfless Brave and True
ready_to_rumbelleParticipantHmmm… Not sure but it could be true. If you look at the date of the screenshot it says Jan 4th. At that time, we neither knew WW’s name nor Chris Gorman’s nor his relationship with Emma (let alone that he proposed). And if I remember correctly, the filming pics with the WW holding Rumple’s dagger were taken end of January as well.
ready_to_rumbelleParticipantbelle was brave, well off, adventurous. pre-dark Rumple was a snivelling coward who would not scarifice himself for anyone. I don’t think Belle would find that attractive. He was a very passive man who would rather wallow in self-pity and poverty than to try to move to a new town to make a fresh start.
Was Rumple really a sniveling coward when he tried to stay out of trouble for his son and did not agree to a duel with a (unlike him) completely healthy guy who is not only 3-4 inches taller than him but also trained in fighting with a sword? If you ask me that’s simply clever and is usually called survival instinct.
Was he passive when he broke into the Lord’s castle to steel a mystical dagger just because a beggar told him about its existence? Rumple did almost everything for Baelfire and even took a curse in order to save him. Yes, he did some horrible things after he had become the DO but he paid the price for his power/curse since Bae eventually left him and the rest is history.
ready_to_rumbelleParticipantBut someone in town is responsible for this curse, and all clues point to the Wicked Witch of the West, whose agenda in our world is a mystery.
Does anyone else think that maybe Rumple is also involved in this new curse as well? Just a thought that occurred to me since he created the first one…
ready_to_rumbelleParticipantI honestly believe that Cora and Rumple were in love but there are different kinds of love and it also depends on someone’s current emotional state. I think he fell in love with both Belle and Cora because they were different than the people he usually made deals with. Belle and Cora were strong women who wanted to be independent and didn’t like to be held back by anyone and that attracted him. Belle fell in love with him because she saw that there was a good man behind the mask of the DO. She wanted Rumple to bring out that person again, not for herself but for him since she could see how lonely and miserable he was during her stay in the DC.
For Cora, power was more important than love and she made that decision WITH her heart still inside of her. And she may only have turned evil because she didn’t have her heart, but that’s also a bit of an excuse. If you think of Graham, he didn’t have his either but still helped Charming escape from the EQ’s palace although he knew that he could therefore be killed by Regina.
ready_to_rumbelleParticipantYeah, back then everyone though was the guy from homeland, but we never heard anything about it.
I think it was Brody from Homeland. He was executed in an episode in December. When I first read it last year, I thought it might be Rumple but if I remember correctly Ausiello ruled out that it was OUAT a bit later and he said that the death would happen soon and since the article is from October and the impending death on OUAT probably won’t happen before April, I guess the blind item doesn’t correlate with it.

I have to agree with you here. It is out of Rumples character to have had a child with Cora while still trying to find Bae. Having had another child would be him losing all hope in that he would ever see his son again.
I’m not saying that I want this to happen, it was just an observation. And about Rumple having another kid: Remember, he had a contract with Cora that he would get THEIR first born. So it might be out of character for him to want that but that was their deal before Cora decided to rip her heart out and marry Henry Sr.
ready_to_rumbelleParticipantYou know who else had kind of red-blond hair? Little Rumple. Here is a picture of the actor:

Perhaps Cora wasn’t completely honest with Rumple when she told him that any child she had would not be his…
ready_to_rumbelleParticipantAll the evidence is adding up to Neal biting the dust. I just hope Rumple’s not the one to do it, controlled by the WW.
I don’t think he will. Technically Baelfire is the origin of the curse and therefore kind of the reason for the show. I don’t want anyone to die because this whole ensemble is just awesome but killing off Neal would be a letdown after A & E planned to make Neal Henry’s father from the very beginning and furthermore, they keep stating that this is a family show and Neal is an important part of this crazy family. But if it’s not a writing decision of the producers but the actor’s to leave, then all arguments why a certain character won’t be killed are pointless anyway. Sorry for straying from the topic, I know that’s something for the “death thread”…
