ParticipantIt’s obviously Alice but does anyone care?
I care. A lot.

ParticipantI think that his daughter has to be Alice. If our first Alice was the AAIW version, the new Alice is the Through the Looking Glass version – makes the chess piece make sense!

ParticipantI actually think it was one of the better episodes in all of OUAT history.
I pretty much like everything including all the new characters. I am very happy with how this seems to be going this far.
I rate it 10/10.
I’m completely with you!! It’s actually awesome.

ParticipantEverything seemed to work for me – I had confidence in the reboot and I really think they delivered! I want to see more and I can’t believe it’s a week until the next episode.
There’s one element that works above all else for me.
Alice! She’s so much fun and I’ve watched her scenes in particular so many times over the last day and a half.
I think that the pacing felt a little off, and they could have slowed down the flashbacks a little. The show could have ended with Henry meeting Cinderella in the final scene, let us see his adventures through different realms throughout the first episode.
One thing in particular I disagree with is when people say that the people behind this show don’t care anymore, or that they’re phoning it in. This felt as far from that as possible to me. I think the costuming in particular, the writing in a different way, had a lot of heart behind it and I am so glad the show is still around. Bring on more seasons to come!

ParticipantAnd that new book will just as quickly be ending by the end of the season. Hopefully the writers get a heads up the show is over and don’t have to stupidly go into this season thinking they’re getting more.
I feel like your negativity is completely unwarranted at this point. It’s in nearly every thread about this new season and doesn’t even seem like you have a basis. It’s almost as if you’re simply talking down the idea of the show changing for the sheer sake of it.
Can’t wait for this conference personally! I’m so excited about the direction this season is going in. I hope we learn a lot more about what the overall story for the season will be.

ParticipantI’m so unbelievably happy. As much as this show is of questionable quality sometimes, just the thought of having it end this week was taking me down a lot. There’s so many memories and great storylines to love. I can’t wait for season seven; hoping that a reboot brings things back to a really nice direction to work with.
A lot of people will bail after this season ends, and good riddance. There’s no reason to stick around if you don’t like what’s coming – leave it for those of us that will enjoy.

ParticipantRiddles are fun. December 15, 1901 was a Sunday, not a Wednesday, so I don’t know what Isaac’s license plate means, but it obviously means something. Maybe the wedding happens at 7:01 PM on December 15th? Or is this a Lost reference?
–This is super nitpicky but I hate Emma’s magic. All it is is a stream of white light.
That and a facial expression that proclaims severe discomfort from intestinal gas.
Blackbeard and Hook had an interesting interaction
Lando and Han, playing for the Falcon.
Belle, he is your son why is it that your husband with the black heart has more faith in him than you do and why are you not sticking up for him. So what is your solution just give up on him?
In real life, if a family member has tried to murder people and might try again, it’s good to get help for the family member, but that must not be the priority. David Kaczynski knew this about his brother Ted, for instance.
Walter Elias Disney. Born 1901.

ParticipantHe didn’t after Robert left Rumple threw the hair on the ground and said something like small items can mean big things in that sarcastic tone of voice. He was just putting on a show because he saw himself in Robert. It was one of the best Rumple moments in a very long time. I miss that aspect of Rumple where he does not want anyone to see his vulnerable side but yet the audience gets to see that under the beast their is a grieving father.
I’m curious about what exactly he had said during that scene. It sounded like he was saying that someday he will be lucky enough to be reunited with his sons (plural)…but I wasn’t 100% sure because I would think he’d be talking about only one son. I didn’t have captions on, so I couldn’t confirm one way or the other. I know they like to throw hints and shocks in at moments like that, so it wouldn’t be out of the ordinary for him to have said sons.
He said “One day, maybe we will all be reunited with our sons.” He just means plural in reference to James and Baelfire.

ParticipantHe and Michael Socha were the best actors that the show did the worst by. Both got such a sticking for no reason.

ParticipantAlso, anyone wondering why Jasmine took a fake name? Why is she trying to hide her identity–no one in SB knows about Aladdin and his #SaviorShakes or about Jafar.
Perhaps she feels shame about being Jasmine, so she uses a fake name to hide her identity. Maybe it’s something she’s been doing since arriving in the LoUS to keep herself a secret.
