Regina’s favourite past-time pretty much seems to be dropping by the sheriff’s office and taunting whoever happens to be locked up that week. I think it’s safe to assume that she’d be doing that whether Emma tried to stop her or not – she seems to think that as Mayor she gets free reign to be whereever she wants, whenever she feels like it. It is weird that they don’t have anyone to be there when Emma isn’t though, especially when there’s a prisoner in there.

Yeah, my initial thought was that it was the Huntsman, but he looked so much like August (including very similar clothing) that I had thought it may have been August instead. Of course, this could just be demonstrating that Graham and August look very, very similar.

That’s a good one. It definitely seems that Regina likes to repeat herself/other people.
A couple more:
Pilot:
Regina to Snow and Charming: “I shall destroy your happiness if it is the last thing I do”
Regina to Emma: “Because if you don’t, I will destroy you if it is the last thing I do.”

The Thing You Love Most:
Regina: “Don’t underestimate me, Miss Swan. You have no idea what I’m capable of.”
Emma: “Because, sister, you have no idea what I’m capable of.”

There may be other ways of doing it, but I saved the picture I wanted to my computer and trimmed it down a little, because they’re 100×100 pixels and need to be 90×90.
Then you just go to user control panel, profile, edit avatar, and then upload the picture.
