He was calling her the Queen to his daughter while he was pretending not to know her, but as soon as he enters his house, it’s “What are you doing here, Regina?”
He called her the Queen again talking to the Queen of Hearts, but they do seem to be familiar enough to be on a first name basis.
What’s their story? No idea.

Always love commentaries, especially with the actors (although I’m definitely for the writer and director commentaries too). If I had to pick, I’d love commentaries from some combination of Adam and Ed, Jane Espenson, Lana Parrilla and Robert Carlyle.
