Speculation on “other way”: I think it probably has something to do with the fact that Nealfire has escaped NL before. But what he doesn’t realize, of course, was that it was engineered by PP. So Neal thinks he can get everyone out of NL the same way he did, but like we saw in the promo, PP tells him: “there is no escaping NL.” I bet Neal learns that it was PP who let him go, rather than Neal actually escaping.
I’m kind of hoping that he meets with PP and realizes that they can’t all escape the same way he did BEFORE he runs into Rumple, that way when Nealfire says he knows another way he will already know all of the facts and actually still have something up his sleeve (cause I want Rumple to live haha). And there was that recent interview where Adam and Eddy said not to count Neal out because he used to live in NL and knows a lot.
I’m super excited for this episode. There’s been so much talk about Snowing and Emma having to confront their relationship that I almost forgot Rumple and Nealfire still have to work things out too. I’m glad they wind up together in NL. And from the promo it doesn’t look like Nealfire is about to peace out and leave Rumple to find Emma. He says “we” and asks about the plan so I’m hoping they’re together for more than just this episode 🙂

Yeah they definitely cut a lot out – the emotional stuff, and also Nealfire says “or was the whole sacrificing your life thing just you being dramatic”, so obviously Rumple tells him he plans on dying.
EEEK! Nealfire wants to save Rumple.
So I guess he runs into Rumple AFTER meeting with PP. So hopefully Nealfire’s “other way” is legit, if his meeting with PP didn’t make him think otherwise.
Btw, I really want to see a “WHAT is on your face?” moment lol.

I’m pretty sure Rumple saving Bae is a flashback to FTL. Look at the whiteboard tease that Adam tweeted over the summer:

It says “Confronts…” and then what looks like a possible B for Bae. And then in the tweet below the picture Adam says that the writing in purple is FTL past. So I think that line is Rumple confronting Bae while he’s dancing with PP and the other boys, in FTL not NL.
On a side note, the writing above is in green (for present day) and says “long to live”, which I used to think was about Rumple and his suicide mission but now it’s obviously something to do with David lol.
Everything seems pretty interesting. I’m more worried about Charming though.
I wouldn’t worry. They can’t kill Charming. At Comic Con they said that Snowing breaking up, even for a little while, would be the loss of all hope. Surely one of them dying would be even worse lol.
I love Once but it’s not Game of Thrones or Breaking Bad. The show is about happy endings and they can’t have that if Prince Charming dies.
Might the Pied Piper have been Pan before he became, well Pan?
It would make sense if Pan (then the Pied Piper) had led Bae away previously. When Rumple first encounters Felix in 301 and Felix says that if Rumple’s here for the boy then he’s Pan’s enemy, Rumple says “Then nothing’s changed.” Maybe Rumple had to go against Pan (then Pied Piper) previously in order to get Bae back and that’s what he meant by “nothing’s changed”.

They’ll probably just allude to his father in 304 but we won’t meet him.
I’m really happy that Rumple tells Nealfire he’s ready to die — hopefully Nealfire will see some good in his father for once 🙂 (Assuming the title “Nasty Habits” doesn’t mean Rumple starts to change his mind).

I can't believe this reunion is happening so fast, SO EXCITED!!
But do you think they'll stay together? I mean Rumple is on his own mission and Nealfire wants to reunite with Emma, so he may go off to join the other group. And there are those twitter pics of them all together so it looks like Nealfire ends up with the others. I hope Rumple and Nealfire at least have more than one episode together.
Btw it now makes PERFECT sense that the two of them would reunite in this episode since it's going to parallel the story of Rumple and his own father.

Exactly. And SB didn’t have magic but the curse was able to transport people there and Emma and MM were able to travel through the hat from there to the EF in season 2. You can use magic in lands without magic, you just need to bring it in yourself cause it won’t be found there.
Some people just don’t have enough imagination lol.
