Possibly not unsurprising but I am really looking forward to this one! Rumple’s father seems like a real piece of work.
The casting call did say he is a “ruthless” man. Poor Rumple 🙁
[adrotate group="5"]rumbelledearieParticipantAnd I was super proud of Rumple for trying (more than once) to get rid of the doll after talking to her.
rumbelledearieParticipantI loved it! I loved how she called him out on hiding what he was really thinking. LOVE this couple!
I am curious about Belle’s side as well. Is she conscious of the conversation in SB or was it really just all completely in Rumple’s mind.
Kind of disappointed there wasn’t a kiss (although would kissing an imaginary Belle break his curse now that he’s in NL?), but we got handholding and everything else so it was great!

Henry’s birthday was only a dream sequence of Rumple’s to show his fear of the prophecy and Henry in general. So far as we know, I don’t think we can accept it as his canon birthday. (Lacey aired late April, btw)
Oh okay, I thought it was actually his birthday and that’s why he had the dream, and they just didn’t show it on camera. Still, I feel like them sharing the same birthday is so basic it would’ve been addressed already. I can see them both being born at 8:15 though, since that time is so important on Once.
rumbelledearieParticipantIt would be a bit odd that Henry didn’t mention it on the day he found her, and Regina didn’t mention it either. Then again, Pilot eps are allowed to have glitches. They did make it so Snow’s mother died on her birthday, so in a way it’d be fitting if Emma had a traumatic mother/child event happen on her birthday as well.
Interesting, I’m sure being in the foster care system there weren’t a lot of happy birthdays for her, especially since she’s made it clear it wasn’t a pleasant experience for her.

I don’t know about that though, cause wouldn’t it be in everyone’s best interest to know that Rumple might kill Henry? That seems like something he would tell everyone rather than keep secret
Rumple probably won’t say that he’d planned to kill Henry previously. Just talk about knowing he’s going to die saving Henry and Pan’s offer to let Rumple live if he doesn’t attempt to get Henry. He could overhear him telling Belle he has to save his grandson. That would nudge Charming into keeping the secret that Rumple thinks he’s going to his death in his quest.
I see what you mean. He might not overhear it all. AND it would question his integrity if he is willing to let Rumple die without trying to figure out another way or something.

Only unlike his wife and daughter, he will choose not to share or confide in his family or “Save Henry” team but rather keep the secret to himself. It is something that Dallas believes Charming is doing out of a sense of “honor and his integrity,” but it may prove to cause even more problems down the road.
I think the secret is going to be he overhears Rumple and his exchange with whatever form of Belle we get and he finds out about the prophecy of Henry being Rumple’s “undoing” and Peter Pan’s prosposed deal with him. Nobody knows about that prophecy except Belle. For some reason, Charming is always around when Rumbelle stuff occurs, so I could see him keeping quiet about that.
Haha that’s true, Charming is always around Rumbelle. I don’t know about that though, cause wouldn’t it be in everyone’s best interest to know that Rumple might kill Henry? That seems like something he would tell everyone rather than keep secret.
In the interview with JMo, Ginny and Josh, JMo says something about going back to the saddest/most tragic time in your life while in NL, so maybe we should be thinking along those lines? Maybe it’s more connected to his *still unknown* past.
I do like Charming becoming more edgy though. We got a glimpse of it when he held the knife to the mermaid’s throat. It’s going to be interesting to see where his storyline goes lol.

Only can’t think of a good reason for him to keep that a secret so I doubt it lol.
Whoa. Yeah I don’t know WHY he’d keep that a secret unless he wants Emma focused on Henry but as big a SF as I am, she’d still go after Henry not Nealfire.
Yeah I agree, she wouldn’t give up on finding Henry. Maybe Charming doesn’t trust Neal? We haven’t really seen his reaction to Neal at all. Maybe he thinks Neal hurt his daughter and should stay away. I think the line about “your father is a mistrustful fellow” from the new teases could be MM talking about David.
But again, it’s a little farfetched lol.

rumbelledearieParticipantLouis Ferreira, an actor who has appeared on “Breaking Bad” and “Stargate Universe” (as has Bobby) posted this pic with Robert Carlyle on his twitter on Oct. 3:
Notice, that RC is in his Goldstiltskin NL attire, so he must’ve been on the set of OUAT, which is currently filming 3×8! That is when Rumple’s papa is supposed to first show up, right? So, could Louis Ferreira be playing Rumple’s infamous daddy (in a flashback no doubt)?!Haha that’s awesome/funny. I caught a little bit of them on SGU on Netflix and it’s going to be hilarious if they’re now father and son 😛 He’s a great actor for it too!
