It wouldn’t surprise me if Pan freezes Neal. Maybe there’s some blood magic thing that means he’s the only one who can open the Box and let Rumple out.
I like this idea a lot. It would make sense too.

Maybe Pan is so powerful now because he has the heart of the truest believer that he “believes” himself back to his camp and Regina is there confronting the Lost Boys?
I wouldn’t put it past him. Btw, I’m guessing that’s how Rumple gets his dagger back, just believes it back. Too bad he didn’t realize that when Neal asked for it.
I’m hoping you’re right and it IS PP in the box just cause I want Rumple out sooner rather than later. I feel like they won’t be able to trap Pan so quickly though 🙁 And in the promo Emma must have told Regina she cut him cause Regina says something like “if he can bleed he can be killed”. So I think Pan is still out there somewhere when they meet up with Regina again.

What if, like you suggest, Rumple is out of the box and they’ve managed to trap PP inside when it appears in front of Regina? My other question: we know 2 Lost Boys are going home as well, we saw Snow protecting them in the promo. Double agents or genuinely sick of Neverland and Pan?
PP could be in the box – I’m assuming that’s how they get him to SB in the first place, by trapping him. If it IS Pan in the box at that point I wonder how it appears in the middle of the forest – I doubt Emma/Neal/Rumple would let it out of their sight.
I think that they’ll trap PP and once they do, the Lost Boys will be able to leave. I’m sure some of them will jump at the chance once PP isn’t there to stop them.

AWW, Regina with Henry! Looks like him being sick as a baby will parallel with him “dying” this episode.

You’re right. I can see PP telling them. PP may tell them who he is, but I think Rumple will tell them the whole story.
Yeah I hope Rumple is the one who tells the whole story. So emotional, and I can’t wait to see Neal’s reaction!
Hook learning that he was taking orders from a de-aged father of Rumple…drama alert! I think not only will the team learn who PP really is but Rumple will open up about his life. I’ll need to have my kleenex handy because you know Bobby will knock that out of the park! It’s a really big step for Rumple. Like Belle said in 204, “you need courage to let me in.”

Wonder if the truth comes out in NL, or not until that street scene in SB? I’m glad everyone’s gonna find out.
I was wondering the same thing. I’m hoping it’s NL just because I want to see their reactions sooner rather than later lol. Plus it would make sense since they seem to “take down” Pan and release Rumple in 309, so they might want some explanations.
Going back through Rumple/PP encounters now that we know about DaddyPan. PP has said these things to Rumple:
You’re nothing more than an unloved, lonely, lost boy.” “After all, being abandoned is what you’re good at, isn’t it?” “Everyone you’ve ever known has left, haven’t they? Like Bae’s mother Milah. Not to mention your own father.”
Wow. That first quote especially. (I rather hate MalcolmPan)
After last night’s ep I went back and re-watched those scenes from Nasty Habits. Malcolm/PP is a real piece of work 🙁
