KeymasterIs no one watching Doctor Who with me this year? đ
If you did, what did you all think of the premiere? I thought it was pretty good. Solid 8/10. I like Bill; she’s sassy and fun and I’m so glad they aren’t making her out to be someone with a destiny (like the Impossible Girl or The Gil Who Waited).

KeymasterSo basically Present Day Snow and Charming travel back to Cursed Storybrooke–1) how 2) why 3) how does young Emma fit into that given that no one could leave?

KeymasterPerhaps we were naive about how Hollywood actually works and how TV writers often will sell their birthright for a bowl of stew, but I donât think we fans of Emma and Neal were wrong about predicting where the story was headed
Yes, that’s it.

KeymasterU guys ever read the early posts from this thread?
I end up doing this a couple times every 6 months or so. A sort of madness overtakes me or something.

KeymasterI aways found it odd that NVL had a group of natives Americans living on it.
Barrie has Natives in the world because it’s part of high-fantasy for little boys of that time period/ age. You travel with pirates, you hunt “injuns,” swim with mermaids, ect. My problem here is less with having her and more with the depiction of Tiger Lily in any NVL/Pan production. These depictions aren’t exactly…good. “What Makes the Red Man Red” is a rather horrifying song that makes me cringe anytime I see Peter Pan. In other words, Tiger Lily becomes an amalgam of Hollywood stereotypes of natives instead of being a true portrayal of any specific tribe. So if this Tiger Lily is from our world then I worry OUAT is going to do the same thing. I guess keeping her high-fantasy (from Neverland) is better so I don’t cringe all through the episode but then we’re back to wondering where she was all during S3.

KeymasterI thought maybe based on that sneak peek that it wouldnât be a real flashback, but a dream sequence of a âwhat ifâ situation between both Snow and Charming. Whatever decision they make in the dream sequence could break the Evil Queenâs failsafe. Iâm still hoping for that, but fearing weâll end up with a big retcon.
That’s what I thought it was too–a dream “what if” type of scenario (sort of just like what Scandal did for its 100th). But this sounds like they are actual sacrifices made by actual Charming family and not a “what if Emma never went through the wardrobe.”
Please don’t retcon s1…

KeymasterIs Tiger Lily coming back to Storybrooke?
She must be because we had pictures of her in SB didn’t we?

Keymaster. Itâs very late in the game to be introducing new characters
Especially new characters who live in a place we visited many season ago and was never seen, hear, nor mentioned.

KeymasterAre they really going to keep Rumpel and get rid of Belle?
Well those four were just the original four mentioned as under discussion. Deadline is repeating that I think. I still believe rumple is leaving
