KeymasterTakes me back to the Season 2 days, when several people theorized if Tamara was Tiger Lily. Who’d have thought we’d be finally getting Tiger Lily 4 Seasons after that.
Maybe Tiger Lily is Tamara’s daughter haha
Please don’t give them ideas.

KeymasterSo if time moves different in black fairys realm does that mean decades have past in the few days it took Gideon to free her?
Good question. I’d say based on what we’ve been told, yeah absolutely. Which begs the question, do fairies not age? Bc she should be ancient.
Look at Blue. She’s the same as she was when Bae first encountered her.

KeymasterPS – there seems to be much more reaction to the “threat” on this forum than there was on Belle’s face.
Sure. I’ll give you that one. I also think Belle is less of a real character and more of a prop who is simply used in a scene to flesh it out as either part of Rumple’s damnation/redemption or to give her Google information. She obviously has to be there for this scene because she’s Gideon’s mother. To not have her there is odd. But the writers do so little for Belle that of course she’s given no emotional reaction to Emma and Snow. She’s a prop here, not someone who’s allowed to act in any sort of human way.

KeymasterShe walks into that shop wanting to try and diffuse a situation that has caused her a lot of upset. In the scene with Gideon she was a mess. In this scene she behaves differently. She seems to act more like “Sheriff Emma”, in that she is here on business – to get answers so that she can try and fix the situation.
She storms into the building and demands answers; I personally don’t consider that very Sheriff Swan of her. Sheriff Swan was the woman who wouldn’t let Sydney use “fruit of the poisonous tree” (her words) evidence against Regina. Sheriff Swan was the woman who saw Rumple beating a man and, after stopping Rumple, asked what she could do to help the woman Rumple claimed Moe hurt.
Angry super emotional Emma is the one who burst into Rumple’s shop in S1 and said “maybe I don’t need magic. Maybe I just need to punch you in the face.” That’s what the writers were going for here; I honestly get that. They know that’s a fan favorite line but the contexts of the two situations are totally different. In the first, Emma is trying to save her dying child (again, all of this knowledge about parents and children should be part of Emma’s approach to Rumbelle) and she is going to a man who can provide answers but who does not have any emotional investment in the outcome (she does not know about Nealfire at this point). In the second, Emma is trying to bring Hook home and is demanding answers from the parents of the boy who just told Emma about the way the Black Fairy raised him and others. Hook is alive and making his way home to Emma; she knows this.
She wasn’t there for the conversation with Gideon, and she certainly seems to exhibit a change of tone (as does Emma) when Rumple and Belle explain Gideon’s situation.
Even if Snow didn’t know the ins and outs of Gideon’s childhood, she still knows that he’s Rumple and Belle’s child and honestly that’s all that needs to be said. Gideon is someone’s child; a child of the Charmings friends/family. This isn’t the first time one of the Charmings have declared to one of Gideon’s parents that his life has less value than their own. While AKA is right that they’ve always been self-righteous, we’ve also seen that the dragon-baby incident left a mark that was supposed to have made them reconsider their stances.

KeymasterI swear to God that if Hook already knows Tiger Lily, she’s good and she’s able to help, I’ll end up flipping so many tables over him not going to her back during Season 3.
LOL! Maybe Tiger Lily was on vacay the week the Nevengers spent in NVL.

KeymasterHonestly, I felt like she was joking.
I also took it as a “sarcastic” “snarky” “Emma” type comment. It certainly isn’t the first time that she has said something like this. She didn’t storm in there saying “I am going to kill Gideon – where is he?!”. She was basically saying to Rumple and Belle in a roundabout way that they need to rein him in. She primarily went there to ask questions, which she did.
I’m not sure this is the best thing to joke about though–first because she’s “joking” to the parents who lost their child (something Emma knows about) and missed out on seeing him grow up (again, something Emma knows about) and also especially since her “defense” for the joke is “he took my boyfriend” which in the grand scheme of one up-man-ship is lame sauce.
Now Emma has a bit more skin in the game but what really annoys me here is Snow White who isn’t getting the same level of analysis as her daughter. Since when does Snow White joke about killing an abused kid? And frankly after her guilt trip in regards to what she and hubby Charming did to Lily, the idea that she’s putting her family and her desire above another child is really disquieting. Remember the end of the baby snatching episode? She and Charming spoke about trying to find grace because they knew what they did was flat out wrong. And yet, here’s Snow saying–joking or otherwise–that she’ll help Emma kill Gideon.

KeymasterOk but her “selfish needs” was her bf’s life. Not a sandwich or an item or something like that.
I dunno, man. Sandwiches are important.

KeymasterStill trapped in Neverland, Hook aligns himself with Tiger Lily, hoping to find a way back to Emma
But do they know each other already seems to be the bigger question. And how?
Gold denies The Black Fairy, which brings the two of them to a fearsome impasse
Denies her…what?
In flashbacks, we learn what Snow and Charming sacrificed in order for Emma to fulfill her destiny as the Savior, on “Once Upon a Time,”
Uhhhh. Isn’t that called “Season 1?”
Hmmm, so we are venturing to a new land called Storybook?
Oh ye gods LOL
Sara Tomko as Native American Woman/Tiger Lily
*tilts head to one side*
That’s…a strange way to do that
