I think that most people will not watch Emma and Hook solve crimes because most people don’t like them being a couple and they aren’t going to have a show be about that
I don’t think it comes down to whether or not people like CS but rather that the idea of two people running around a small town solving crimes is like the total opposite of what this show was billed as. It doesn’t matter if one of them goes by the name “Hook;” this show is billed as a fantasy family-friendly fairy tale show and it suddenly becomes small town procedural? People might tune in out of curiosity at first but will realize this is a pretty bizarre route to take after 6 years.

I can sympathize with a person and still think they are at fault for their actions and have character flaws to work out.

I get that the “CS into the sunset” image is a perfect finale for some, but it doesn’t make much sense if the show gets renewed and Colin is one of the ones coming back.

They film out of order. The Black Fairy could have already been dealt with by this scene.
Yeah I know but you still gotta wonder why she’s around at all by the point; in normal clothing and with Rumple, acting like a concerned grandmama to Henry. Like she’s been “normalized.” And that still doesn’t answer why Emma is leaving–if she is–with these two newbies in town.
