Keymasterthe second one was actually with Granny and her brothers.
The granny was the second one?, Bc when i made that question on the sneak peak thread, people told me, that the Granny and belle were the 3rd one, this was the 1st one and Rumple Served and Bae was born during the 2nd one so, which one is correct
That’s what I thought too but the wikia claims Granny is the second, something I checked only after the episode aired.
Nearly threescore years ago, I was a child with six older brothers. Big as oak trees, all of them veterans of the Second Ogres War.
So I guess:
First Ogres War = Rumple broke his leg, Baelfire is born
First Ogres War = Rumple becomes the Dark One and saves Bae
Second Ogres War = About 65-70 years before the First Dark Curse is cast; Granny loses her brothers
Third Ogres War = Approx 5 years before the First Dark Curse is cast; Belle goes with Rumple
Fourth Ogres War = Snow and Emma in the EF, s2.
It’s really unclear how long each lasted. They really didn’t need to flash “first ogres war” on the screen at all. It’s clear through the dialogue that this is the one Rumple ended after becoming the Dark One to save Bae; just call it “ogres war” and the audience will understand that we’re in the very far past.

KeymasterI don’t understand.
I think the musical episode will still have flashbacks, with songs in both flashbacks and present day. Not sure how they’re going to explain that, if they do at all.
I think the only way to explain it would be a la Buffy style, a one-off villain comes to town (and the EF) and causes everyone to burst into song.

KeymasterI was under the impression that this was the second Ogres War in this episode. The first was when he deserted and broke his leg when Bae was an infant.
They flashed “first Ogres war” on the screen at the very beginning which was when Rumple broke his leg, before Bae was born. It apparently lasted a long time in spite of the fact that Rumple “killed them all” and in The Return says he ended the war.
The impression I got from “Desperate Souls” and “Manhattan” is that it’s the same war (that’s how long it’s been going on), with the second being the one in “Skin Deep,” and the third being the one in S2.
From what I understand, the second one was actually with Granny and her brothers.

KeymasterHmm, it depends on what you mean by “together.” What we can say is that Regina, in the form of the Evil Queen,

Keymaster*sigh* I’m at work and can only respond a tiny bit. So bullet point style.
–This is a shipping thread. It has always been one. Every ship has one. The fact that those aren’t as active is neither here nor there.
–Following point one, it will always be pro Neal, pro swanfire, and usually not in favor of any other Emma or Neal ship.
–I personally welcome debate and generally don’t mind when others enter and discuss so long as it remains civil and there is no fighting or provoking. Not saying this happened here.
–In general it might be best to create episode threads for questions like baelfire and ooc to maintain forum peace but I’ve had no huge issues with the past few pages. I explained my rationale to DO. He explained his to me. It’s conversation.
–“more negativity than the Trump campaign” is a bit far. I’ve tried my best over six years. This entire fandom is a wasteland.

KeymasterHow much do you think Netflix viewership/popularity factors in to these decisions? There was a point in the past where Once was one of the most watched shows on Netflix and they are still airing new episodes a couple of days after the US release in the UK.
Not a lot. They don’t have ads which are the bread and butter of networks.

Keymasterwith the showrunner even tweeting that newbies can watch and not be los
As someone who’s watching it right now, I can say that’s not even remotely true. I’m still lost and I’ve been watching all along, lol.
TV Grim Reaper has Quantico at a 20% renewal chance.

KeymasterThe Black Fairy is also Cora’s great-great grandmother?! (joking. please god, joking)
Alright, so she’s clearly not dead by 19. But I’m guessing everyone thinks she dies in 619, CS try to get married in 20 (maybe they do succeed) but then the Black Fairy crashes the party, kidnaps Henry and takes him to her realm where he grows up (into Andrew J West) and comes back home mere minutes after he left, bringing with him a new Savior–the girl.
