KeymasterOne tiny note of interest: ABC is launching one of their new shows “Time After Time” at 9pm on the same day, making OUAT lead in to a show they want to do well. Kinda proves what Matt and I have been saying for awhile, low ratings OUAT has but it’s still considered one of the better rated shows for ABC right now.

KeymasterOn a separated note, but related to the article, are they backtracking by saying Bae met the Darlings in Victorian England? The “Victorian England” realm or our realm in our England during the Victorian Era? I’m confused. Please help someone. Lol.
Just in the Wish!Realm; Nealfire did not go off to England (real England, our England). We don’t know how he was alive to meet Emma and sire Henry without what happened in our realm (and they clearly aren’t going to explore it) but somehow he was and did.

Keymasteris this too late in filming to be for the page 23 episode?
Well there is that rumor that Sean is coming back really soon and most of us believe it to be for re-shoots. So it’s very possible that Rose and Sean (and Lana) need to do some 314 shooting that they couldn’t do during the original shooting “Page 23” because of iZombie.

KeymasterHere’s an idea. Let’s leave the TVLine comment drama in the TVLine comments.
There’s really no reason to drag what’s going on over there to this place, especially when it has all the hallmarks of a ship war.
I agree that this is a pointless spoiler and I’m pretty irked that TvLine even answered it but it was news so it got posted. Let’s not make a mountain outta a mole hill.

KeymasterOUAT right now has better ratings then this show that just premiered. What does that tell you?
Well, it has roughly the same. Emerald City got a 1.1/1.0 in the demo (on a Friday 9-10pm) while OUAT mid season finale got a .9 in the demo (on a Sunday primetime) and the average rating for the first 10 episodes of OUAT S6 was a 1.0. EC also had roughly one million more live eyeballs for its premiere than OUAT did for the mid- finale. Just as a comparison, the last well known Friday night NBC show was Hannibal–for its second season finale (which aired on a Friday night, like EC) it got a .8 and had 2.53 million live eyeballs–it went on to get another season.
There are a lot of factors–day of the week, time, seasons, target audience ect. I’m not saying EC did gangbusters and is going to get another season (and like Ranisha already said, it was planned as a miniseries event with one season–option to pick up a second if it did well) but let’s not act like it totally bombed; Friday’s are notoriously tricky which is why their ratings often get a different scale when people discuss how well or how poorly it did. The Grim Reaper even denotes Friday shows on his charts because it’s a factor.

Keymaster#SciFiTVRatings: #EmeraldCity debuted at a 1.1 rating w/4.5M tot viewers. Those are iffy #'s for such an expensive show.

Grim Reaper adds that it’s low but it *could* get renewed so long as it stays around the 1.1/1.0 range.
Were #EmeraldCity ratings to remain at 1.1/1.0 on a Friday in future weeks it’s likely renewed. That’s unusual, but not impossible.

KeymasterPastoria reference! Sounds like he died around the time Dorothy was born. Huh.
Up until the very last few seconds of the episode, I was convinced Dorothy was Ozma and that Tip was a red herring.

KeymasterI don’t think we will get a flashback of Black Fairy and Gideon in the dark realm.
Oh I do. We have to learn how Gideon was raised to beleve that he must kill the Savior.
