I’m less curious about the blood and more curious about the ring. Who wears a ring like that, over a pair of gloves? And is this present day, or flashback? She said, “Evil Queen”, which suggests maybe flashback to me.
Good point. That is very Evil Queen as opposed to Regina in present day. So then, if that’s true, who does she kill in the past? If they’re filming 306 still then it might have something to do with Ariel’s backstory.

My guess is Greg. Lana did mention that her favorite kill is coming up next season. I think it would be fitting if it’s him. However, the three streaks makes me think that the kill is female. So maybe Tamara?
I do think Regina kills Greg and blood on the ring might mean that it’s not a simple heart pulling.
