Here is as Regina is smashing the staff orb
As you can see Mal’s staff as very ornate dragon on it. Even when Regina breaks the orb, the dragons are on the staff. The staff Bae is holding doesn’t have the dragons. I suppose something could have happened to them but there wasn’t a whole lot of time in between Regina getting the Curse from the orb and casting the Curse. Maybe one day.

If Bae came at the same time as Emma he’d have been 32 to her 17/18. This way he was only 26 when they met in Portland.

I always though that when we tackled the Slippers they’d come with the Oz story, like one would expect. I don’t know that Bae ever had the slippers or that they were ever in NL. I think Bae got out of NL with some “help” from a little fairy and her magic pixie dust.
