I think that’s a dead on interpretation! It’s very Rumple-y. He wants that good life, the life the Charmings have. He has always been jealous of PC because Rumple longs to be the romantic hero. I did the same thing Jo and I couldn’t find any PP or NL references either. So it must outside PP/NL text and some sort of theme.

I think, based on ASOTM and the sneak we got of 301, Rumple is past trying to kill Henry. He is willing to die and be “undone” in order to avenge his son and to protect Henry.

Tink’s first episode is 303, but I would imagine she’s going to be in many episodes, maybe this one. Not sure.
