Rumple is on my list of suspects of “who wrote the book” but he’s not number one. That still goes to the Blue Fairy.

YES. Because she understands perfectly. If she had been allowed to marry Daniel and live her life, she would be have been a completely different person. She understand the value of true love because she’s lost it. I really like this idea.

Also if it was indeed a fairy that gave August his information I don’t think it was Blue because at the time of season 1 Blue was really the only fairy the audience were aware of. They could be misleading the audience into thinking it was Blue when in fact it was someone else.
I think it’s a 50/50 chance of it being either one of those. August was always kind of snarky so it’s very possible, but he already has connections with fairies, even if it wasn’t Blue who gave him *this* information. They may have left it open so that they could fill it in later, maybe depending on Eion’s schedule and how S2 played out.

Regina may be able to hold back a little more because she and the Charmings and Emma do have a common goal: Henry. While I think Rumple does want to find Henry, I think he has another mission in mind, more revenge-y.

They could forgo Sebastian and Flounder and all the Disney add-ins, but I feel like they can’t take away Triton and Ursula. I think Ariel may be connected to many people, however minor. Hook would know of mermaids even if he didn’t know her specifically; Regina may be Ursula (still not loving this idea) and Rumple might have bargained for the squid ink (for a magic mirror?). It’s even possible that Bae had a run in with her.

It might be an obvious connection but I don’t think it’s too obvious seeing as Hook and Ariel are not traditionally in the same mythology. Hook knows about mermaids but does he know about that specific one? And not all obvious connections are the “wrong” answer. They did say that Tink’s surprising connection wouldn’t be Bae because that was REALLY obvious given the amount of time Bae spent in NL but we do have to acknowledge that Hook is going to have a lot of connections to his own mytholog–PP, the Lost Boys, Tink, and the Mermaids.

After learning that Tink would be in 303 (we assume given the Violet casting call) and that she has a connection to main cast member AND that A and E have been promising the Henry story would be in S3 (first half) I am leaning toward Henry’s adoption being 303, and that Tink’s connection, at least one of them, is with Regina getting Henry which I think was still all set up by THO/PP.
