We don’t know that he is on Hook’s ship at all. That’s someone’s cracktheory, that a rat got on board. But so far as we know Smee is still a rat in SB and probably will be for the foreseeable future.
As to being a double agent: double agent for whom? For Hook? For PP? I don’t think I understand what you’re getting at. Wouldn’t be Hook, he didn’t know him. For PP? Eh. What does PP get out of it? Had Rumple been able to use the bean, he would have gotten to a Land Without Magic or NL and that would have blown PP’s plans. I really think Smee is just an independent guy until he meets Hook.

"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"They big rumor was that Belle wasn’t going to be in ANY episodes until 5 or 6 but he has said many times that she will be in at least one episode before then. But I doubt she will be in every episode. So I think we will see her in 301 (and probably RH if briefly) and then we won’t see them again until 304 (and probably briefly then) and then there will be two more episodes of Belle and RH, one which will probably be almost exclusively SB and Belle and then another which will feature SB and Belle but not solely focused on them.
They’d likely be done shooting whatever the first ep was by now, wouldn’t they? Would suggest that they did indeed shoot ep2 first? Especially if MAP are only just now back in town, and CC interviews said that ep1 would be showing both NL and FTL.
I think they did shoot 302 first. And now EdR is in Vancouver along with MAP, they can do 301 which will be all lands and characters even if FTL and SB are minimal.

So, I think RH will be in 301 and then not again until 304 when I think Belle and SB reappears. Then two more episodes after that.

THO is related to PP. We’ve said this before, it’s not a single one office operation. It has places everywhere. The “HE” is PP, and he’s in control of the THO in NL, and he might be the big CEO, so to speak, of the entire operation, but I think it has branches everywhere with their own little bosses. But everything comes back to PP.
