I thought Red/Ruby will be back if needed, right now she isn’t but if they do need her she will be back.
Pretty much what everyone has said, yes. They expect she’ll make an appearance maybe 1 or 2 a year.

My guess is a lot of off screen stuff. Belle will make mention that she has Ruby doing something but we won’t see it.

"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"To be fair, it wasn’t just that Whale and Red talked, it was that there was an obvious connection. And to me, it made perfect sense. They’re “monsters”; and more than that, they are the classic Hollywood monsters that everyone knows–the werewolf and Frankenstein, even if Frankie isn’t technically the monster, he’s not exactly a standup guy. It makes sense that they would at least have a friendship, they get each other. That scene at the docks really only made sense with Red, it would have been find with any other character, but Ruby was the most obvious choice.
