They might want to establish the relationship–with PP and Tink, with Tink and Snow, with Blue and Tink–more before they really delve into a specific event like Henry’s arrival in SB. So this might be a Tink and Snow centric episode or a Tink and Peter centric episode.

"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"At the risk of killing Slurpeez’s joy: it could be that Tink is not going to be a good fairy and so we see, in FTL of the past, her interactions with Snow and giving her the magic dust and in NL of the present we’ll learn more about her relationship with Peter.
I don’t think we’d see Henry’s arrival in SB this soon in the season. That seems more like a closer to winter break event, and probably a Regina episode.

PP can’t be at all the places at once, and since he comes at night things can happen in the day time.
True, and that all depends on what NL looks like. Is it just an island in the middle of a sea? Are there surrounding islands? We don’t know yet.
Also, it’s the Shadow that comes out at night, we don’t know what PP’s schedule is. He could be very much around during the day time and lets his shadow do the night work of collecting boys.
And again, “party girl” doesn’t have to mean someone who is actually partying, it can just mean a wild child who likes having fun and doesn’t care for rules. So we don’t really need to figure out if someone is having actual parties. I would classify Tink as a wild child based on how she is normally depicted.

Right, but maybe she was sent there just to keep an eye on SB and now she’s stuck there so she decides to have some fun? I really don’t know. I was just throwing out a possibility. I think she’s in NL.
Maybe Jasmine? Violet=flower and Jasmine=flower. Also if the curse gave people almost opposite personalities to their true selves then Jasmine becoming a party girl would be opposite her Arabian princess self and play into the we are both thing.
Maybe but that’s adding another story/myth into an already crammed storyline.

Isn’t there more pirates, and people who like to drink, party etc in NL so she would get herself in more situations there then in SB and that is how Bae meet Tink. As for Blue I think she helps creating the curse in SB in my opinion.
It will depend on what NL looks like, the actual island. So far it just looks like an island without any kind of bars or anything. And I don’t think the pirates go on shore, remember they said that if they did, they could never leave. I still think Tink will be in NL and not SB.

Now, as to what you said: that’s a really good example. And I think deliberate because I’ll be you anything that Wendy will make another showing soon.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"If Tink is in SB and not NL then her story for the first bit of the season could be to cause problems for Belle. We still don’t know what Belle’s story is going to be, but they have to give her conflict. If Tink is under orders to blend into SB and make herself look like a normal FTL character then, now that the heroes are gone, she could really try to upset the town. Belle has to stop her, with Grumpy and Granny, and then probably eventually, Neal will be making his way back to SB.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"HE: Felix is 26 (but supposed to be playing an 16-18 yr old); the casting call for “Rufio” was in his late teens, like Felix, so he could be played by an older actor as well. Tink is in her 20s, if this is Tink. Keegan (Blue) recently told an Australia comic con that she was going to be in episode 3. As for episode 1 and 2, we know “Rufio” and the “thief” are appearing in at least the first episode. The first episode will probably focus on everyone. We don’t know that much about episode 2 yet, though if no casting call has gone out for it yet, then there probably won’t be any new characters. I bet we see GOAT in at least one of those episodes.
Party Girl could mean that Tink is in SB and not NL, but it could also just be a general description of a wild child, and not placing her in a specific place.
